Senior technician Mr. Najand was very professional! Took time to answer all questions and explained all options available.

My A/C went out in the evening, I called a few companies to see who could come out and save us from a very hot night. BVS was very responsive, the owner called me directly and she was able to get a technician out who took great care of us. I appreciate their responsiveness and going the extra mile to help us. Christopher performed semiannual preventive maintenance in a courteous and proficient manner. Since he only performed preventative maintenance, I cannot provide any other information.

Mazdak is an amazing service tech. He even remembered to blow out the AC drain for me without being asked. He only changed the filter that definitely need it rather than changing all of them.

He also let me know that the capacitor was weakening. It could go out at any time, or hang on for months. When it goes, there will be a service call, but it will be under warranty. Our only charge will be shipping for the part. He put no pressure on me to have the work done now, so I can plan For Mazdak to replace it during his next 6-month maintenance visit.

I was not home, but totally trust the service man to do everything correctly and that my possessions are safe.

Our tech from the very beginning has been Mazdak, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel comfortable and to follow up with any questions. Whether weekend or weekday, he has been available and ensures our new HVAC unit is working in peak condition.

My service technician Mazda’s is Very courteous and friendly service representative. Did a thorough and detailed inspection/cleaning of AC/heating unit. He also went out of his way to reseal unit and inspect all systems thoroughly.
