I’m very happy with the car I got from Byriders. Joel helped me and got me into a car. I filled out the app online one day, Joel called me that same day and got me into a car the very next day. He was extremely nice and professionally also.

The service guys took good care of my vehicle and got it back to me and on the road with no more rattle. Also the checkout process was easy and seamless, got charged what I was told with no additional BS other shops like to spring on you. If you bought your vehicle at JD Byrider you should definitely take advantage of the warranty and also use them after it expires. Services are still cheaper there, and it's all done by certified technicians that are more friendly than the big business types at other shops

They work with you. Your credit can get built up, they don't look at your credit to decide if your approved or not. There very nice people and payments are very affordable.

I had just got into a hit and run and been having issues with the insurance company in regards to coverage, but I’ve been worrying about how I would be able to get a car with an open auto loan. I have been to many dealers and have gotten the same response I need to pay a huge down payment due to the auto loan still being open. You can say it’s been a hard couple of weeks for me. I had gotten a call due to an inquiry I made on Facebook and just decided to go and check even tho I had given up all hope. My salesman was very kind, caring and really was doing his best to help us the best he can. The very next day I was able to leave with the car I had chosen and I paid a down payment but they work with you in regards to the full down payment. Also the biweekly payment for the car is very affordable. If y’all are looking for a good and reliable vehicle and worried about certain things in your credit or other things that may prevent you from getting a car. Go see them as soon as you can and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. My salesman is Charles but all of the employees there show the same kindness and care for all customers!
