Very disappointed in having my vehicle brought here to the Weidner location… I normally work with the location on Bandera. But for some reason it was taken here. They had the car for almost 4wks with no updates or responses to messages left or emails sent to them. It was taken in for not starting nothing it would not turn over. When I finally got ahold of them they told me they had already changed the battery and it was draining them… had they called me or responded to anything the 2wks prior I could have told them that the 3rd brake light was staying on and that I had asked my mechanic about it and he explained that the brake sensor was possibly going out and would need to be replaced. It was just a waste of time to take there… Because when I was told it was ready to be picked up and everything was checked and good it wasn’t … only to take it back the next day because my taillights/park lights were not working at all. They were working fine when I took it in.had no issues with them. To which they looked at my car again and said again everything is good and they changed a light sensor but that they would need to test why the license plate lights weren’t working… but again still no taillights working at all. Customer Service is less than desirable when I picked up my car the first time I asked where it was located and who I later found out was the supervisor told me… “it’s out there! ” Mind you the parking lot was completely full of other cars so I had to walk the parking lot looking for it. If you have a choice of where to take your car… I would recommend you send it to the Bandera location. I have made an appointment with them to fix whatever they couldn’t or what they messed up because all my lights except the 3rd brake light were working fine before it got to them

Sean was such a great help. I needed to get in a car asap, there was an issue with the first one but Sean stayed in contact with me about any updates and assured me he’d get me in a car & he did just that!
A big thanks to all the staff at Byrider, all friendly and super helpful!

Absolutely horrible terrible service and very slow I just got my ac fixed after a year and I had to pay for it even though I was told I wouldn't they don't answer the phone when you call customer service is not a priority here one bit once you take the car good luck to you

I did my application online on Wednesday and went in on Thursday to meet with DaForest and he helped me fill out a few more papers at the dealership. As with anything there is a process you must go through but they where absolutely amazing with keeping me informed and apologizing for the wait time. I am very please with my service and advise anyone in need of a great car from a reasonable lot go see ByRyder. They will take care of you. Clear your schedule for 3 to 5 hours an go get your car.

Jdbyrider had the worst communication ever. I purchased a 07 Toyota Avalon About a week later my car died while I was outta town due to a bad ignition coil.i contact them they charged me $50 to delete the code about 2weeks later my alternator went out. Which is covered on warranty they verbally told me to make a appointment with another service location. They finally came n towed my car for service about a month later jun 14th. No call no nothing until I went to the location july 14th to see my car still in the same exact spot. Then the service manager gave me authorization paper to sign to work on my car which should of be giving to the the day my car was towed from my property. I refuse to pay if they're not holding up their side of the agreement. I've been without a car for 4months now

Byrider employees are awsome very helpful and always willing to help with any and every problem I had. Especially Amy From service I really don't know how they would do it without her. Thank you Amy for everything you helped me with you are a blessing she's been very nice, and helpful and willing to do everything possible to help me with getting me back on the road I really appricate you and everything you've done for me

They have had my wife’s car for almost two weeks and giving her the run around. They say gone do something and take they sweet time doing it. Corporate office will be called on them TODAY! Plus when she went to go pick it up it was broken into and vandalized. I recommend no one go to BYRIDER to get a car.

Car was delivered for service 5/9 vandalism occurred not looked at for 5 days, constantly lied to about repairs, they never used warranty. After 9 days claimed battery cable was lose charged me $50 bucks and gave me a empty car with tore up interior! Service department is horrible and all the while I was haggle for my car payment and not given any reimbursement for $670 in Uber charges while they didn’t have time to look at broke car at a service department! Poor customer service, poor location management and apparently no working cameras.

My fiance and I went in and talked to an amazing salesman. His name is Anthony Webb. This gentleman is totally 100 percent helpful. He went above and beyond, and got my fiance and myself into a beautiful car, with no money down, and low low monthly payments. The staff there at Byrider are all experts in what they do, and I would recommend Byrider San Antonio North to anyone in the market for a beautiful used car that you can rely on.

My vehicle has been at the service center for days now. They never pick up the phone at the Service center & when they do it's always an excuse. Edit: the company replies to your comment, for what? They give you a number to Nobody. It's a line where they pick up & say we can't help you. This place is a joke

Tracy was great and helped through the process of getting my new car! …. A month later my car radiator is broken and there tryna make me pay for it worse car buying experience! I do not recommend please do not go here to get a broken down car

Went to get my car checked out, due to some rattling noise in muffler. Come to find out the muffler has a large hole. When I got the car, the salesman (Anthony) said it had pipes installed, which was fine. But to find out the car actually has a hole and the warranty does not cover it. Only had the car for two months, I'm very disappointed.

These people lie and do not honor the warranty that we pay so handsomely for took five and months for the very same issue on three different occasions could actually get a clear and precise answer as to the progress of my vehicle very dissatisfied with this company will never buy a vehicle from them again and would discourage anyone i know or even ask about this company to seek elsewhere

This has been the worst car buying experience. It's a Front, once you have a car issue nobody cares. The car service center they have does not answer the phone and will stall on repairing your vehicle, always an excuse.

My experience call Byrider on weiner Road here in San Antonio Texas was a wonderful experience dealing with Tracey Mathers a sales representative for Byrider who has wonderful public relations skills and is very clear and concise on her information and requirements for being a customer and car owner I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out Tracey Mathers at Byrider on Weidner Road I-35 North San Antonio Texas to get a great square deal I believe she should be commended and come and date it for her public relations skills and her work prowess. I would be happy to return and purchase another vehicle after paying off my vehicle.

I have had my car since august 2020 and it has been in the shop more than it has been with me. The serive dept took 2 weeks to " fix my ac" (all they really did was unplug the blower that was making noise) then I was involved in an accident they get the car to do an estimate and the repairs (which took them six weeks to complete) I get the car back on Thursday and the repairs aren't even done my transmission pan is still smashed there still a dent in my car now my headlights hanging out and they lost my tire they've lost the center cap to my wheel ripped my front seat there 66 miles on my car all my radio stations are changed and the sticker that tells me what to do and change my oil that's amazing we gone do in the window tint that I just had put on my car is amazingly coming off I had to cut it off. Mind you the whole time they had my car (not fixing it) I still has to pay my payments and my my deductible so $1550 in that same 6 weeks. So now here I go tracking down the company and repair shop where the repairs were done which that gentleman's amazing and I have to have it taken back to the shop to get fixed again the whole time that I was having the repairs done I did not have a rental car because they said they don't offer them but now today the repair facility said that for $50 bucks and that is refundable I would have a rental car that same day when I drop off my car I have called numerous times getting people to answer is like the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life they ignore you they blow you off they say they'll call you later than they never call the only person that done what they said they were going to do is Terrell from CNAC he's amazing and awesome. I would not recommend that anybody go to this company and buy a vehicle they don't do anything they say they're going to do they cut corners and they are very Shady

Tracy was the agent I had, she seemed to only care about the sale and nothing else, she directed me to a vehicle that started overheating just a Week later but they cannot do anything about it. This whole ordeal has been a headache. I solemnly regret coming here

So my car was sitting there for 7 days at the service center for repairs & NOTHING was done.
I can't stress enough how Unprofessional, Lazy, Clueless those people are. Then I call on the 23rd & they were able to "Fix" it in 1 day
Although it wasn't "fixed" They did not add the part needed, instead they Added a hose within the hose via Coolant zleak. So while driving my Car broke Down TWICE & is currently sitting at a corner store.
BEWARE THIS PLACE! THEY do NOT care about YOU!
