I got a bunch of obnoxious emails advertising "we can approve you for $499 down" so I finally filled out an online app. I was told I was pre-approved and contacted repeatedly by Matthew who told me he was confident I would be approved. I don't LIKE having my time wasted and I work overnight so I asked if I could email the paperwork in and find out of I'd be approved. They refused, insisting I come in. I finally found time and wasted almost two hours for them to deny me because my paycheck has this thing called 'anytime pay' on it (all it means, as I told them, is that I can withdrawal my money as soon as I work my hours.) They insisted to be approved I'd have to provide three MONTHS worth of paychecks without anytime pay on them, AND pay 2500 down. Most of your cars aren't worth 2500. What a joke. Thanks a lot for wasting my time.

Went in their on August 1st to get a car from them they tell me that I need to be at my new address for 3 months go back on the 3rd month now they are saying that they missed informed me that I needed 3 more months even after I had been at my address before for over 20 years they ovasualy don't want the business

If I could give no stars…I would!
I am disabled and because my income changed during my contract that decided to cancel my contract and take the vehicle back.
I was 4 days late because I don’t get my disability until the 3rd Wednesday of every month and they knew that at the time they sold me the car…but they didn’t bother to make those due dates that date. I came into show them the proof and they told me I couldn’t drive off in the car. So I’m sitting on the curb waiting to leave.
They have no simply and they do not care about you as a person. They only care about getting their down payment money for commissions and then getting the vehicle back to resale and make more commissions.
This is the most disrespectful place ….

I got my car through by rider about a year and a half ago. Luckily they give you the two-year warranty when you buy a car from them because my battery totally died today. I was trying to start my car up to get to work and it wouldn’t start. I had to jump it and it died again after I shut it off when I got to work and I called by rider and they said they would try to squeeze me in today and I got there and they helped me immediately got me a new battery and sent me on my way. Excellent service.

Gage and Wayne worked wonders for me today! I highly recommend ByRiders! Came in with minimum down payment but leaving with a great car! Thanks again guy! Go by and check them out!

I would recommend having any vehicle you purchase from them checked over by a mechanic that you trust. My vehicle has to go in for the third time, for the same problem, and I haven't had the thing three years yet!

Very nice people. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get approved! They were to close at 4 pm, I got there around 245pm.
They stayed until it was finished and I was on my way!

They got me into the dealer ship quickly through the whole process in half a day, the next morning I was in a vehicle that is a good price with onsite service $15 dollar oil changes! It was quick and easy and they made me feel good about buying a new/used vehicle.

Great place to get a vehicle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and help walked out with a vehicle the same day I walked in. Matthew was great and very helpful I highly recommend anyone to go check them out.
