When you call it says they are only open 9-5 M-F but that’s not true. You can get your car on the weekends. When you go to the lot you can buzz and call someone to open the lot so you can get your car. When we went it took them about 30 minutes to arrive. They charge by the day so get your car as soon as possible, don’t believe the voicemail.

I have been trying to call this place for 2 days to confirm my car is there and no answers the phone. Sometimes it doesn't even ring, its just quiet. I have left 4 VMs and no one has returned my call. I guess this is some kind of ploy to keep your vehicle longer so they can get the extra money. I can't get off work until 5: 30p and it says they're closed at 5pm and not open weekends however the Sheriff's office said if I go there even if it is after hours I should be able to pick up my car. I guess we'll find out today.
