Cacao & Cardamom Chocolatier reviews
15Placed an order and had a shipping issue. They were quick to correct it, and the chocolate was delicious!
I had a very frustrating and negative experience with the ordering process. Ultimately, I cancelled my order. I will go to the mall and buy Godiva.
I had an issue with the first box I received as a gift for mother's day. I reached out through the website contact form. They got back to me quickly and promptly sent me a new box that was much better than the first! Great customer service. While the chocolate is pricey, it's a nice indulgence for special occasions. The new box is absolutely delicious!
The chocolates are visually stunning and the flavors are wonderfully diverse and nuanced and, most importantly, incredibly delicious. The packaging is elegant and customer service and shipping is superb. These chocolates are a perfect way to celebrate your special someone or yourself!
Pricy compare to other places but different and unique. Great place for gifting. Nice packaging.
These chocolates are delicious, and the packaging is very high-end. They also make great gifts for any occasion and are the perfect treat, when craving something sweet.
Love their chocolates very expensive but totally worth every dime great gift for people who have everything
Visually striking, nice designs, fancy boxes. I tried the chocolate truffles and was not convince.lots irland butter flavor no too much chocolate.
Always an experience. I love the beautiful colors and flavors
I'm never disappointed whenever I go
(It is a complete must have)!
The chocolates are good but their shipping department is not. Don’t assume that selecting a day you want your item to ship AND paying the extra $50 means your item will even ship the day you select. Also, they aren’t friendly enough to offer any sort of refund or discount if they don’t ship your item on time. I will be taking my business to Feve Chocolates. They are better quality and the shipping is more reliable and cheaper!
Reminds me of the chocolatiers in Belgium. Each individual chocolate is an artist’s depiction of its flavors. The chipotle, rich, creamy, leaving a slow burn in your mouth- likened to the Egyptian Pyramids. The textures match the flavors- crunches, jellies, thick ganaches. So many to choose from. Did not disappoint! And absolutely loved the tiered display boxes.
I’m a huge fan of their chocolates. Amazing flavor profiles and mixing, super fresh melt in your mouth chocolates, great customer service and adorable packaging! I would opt for more chocolates without artificial colors and glitter additives, so it’s more natural for me to consume. That being said they ARE very pretty.
I would sincerely give them 10 stars if I could because I was really impressed with how considerate and friendly all of the staff members were to my mother and I when we visited their chocolate store. Not only is it beautiful, but the ladies made some suggestions so my mom and I could enjoy a box together along with two cappuccinos. There are a few tables outside for patrons, and it was a pleasant spring day for us to enjoy the various flavors. Our favorites were the blueberry lime and the mango caramel. We've already discussed going back for Mother's Day and end of the school year teacher gifts!
We've been coming here for years and to be fair my watch was off 5 minutes so we entered at 602 while I was thinking it was still 555. The door was open and we were turned down with our kids. We did ask nicely if they could accommodate and were told no.my advice would be to lock yhe door if the times are going to be that strict.we've got a small business and understand the logistics but the apathetic attitutde kinda sucked when we were told no since both my kids were super bummed.we try and respect time but houstons a big city and sometimes u cut it close. The product is good, but service is a hit or miss
