I can not praise John enough. He did a wonderful job on my daughters nails, continued to check in with her through the process to make sure she was satisfied, he was patient and gentle. Her nails even looked better than the example-when does that happen? ! Tommy was a great conversationalist, sanitised everything he used and took his time. Both guys did a great job and we will definitely be returning.

I got my first gel manicure this month at Caché Nails. The front desk operators Lyn, Stephan, and Sujan always help me feel welcomed and give me a personalized service. They helped me pick out the color I was looking for #517, a very light purple. The technician Mary did a very good job and treated me with kindness and understanding. The nails have lasted well for 2 weeks and my family loved seeing them at our Thanksgiving gathering. Thank you to the Caché Nails team for helping me feel comfortable and supported as I tried something new.

I came here for my first time today and it was a pleasant experience for my very shy and nonverbal daughter. They were accommodating to her when she wouldn’t leave my side, they got us in and out quickly! Paula and Mary were very kind and did a wonderful job! We will absolutely be back! Thank you all so much for your hard and beautiful work!

I’ll start with me watching one of the technicians clip her cuticles with the tool she then cut the customers cuticles with and then put the tool back in the box without any sanitation process.

I sat for 20 minutes in a chair waiting for the basin to start with water. 2 other customers that came in after me were started before me and they couldn’t understand why I chose to leave.

Absolutely amazing and kind staff. Even got a visit from one o the owners, who was also kind and sweet. My nails nvr looked better! I would definitely recommend boking in! I will surely be returning

The past two times I have been there everyone is very professional, the environment is great.

Tommy was the most lovely and hilarious man. He was personable and kept me so engaged while making my toes look incredible. I will be requesting him every single time I come back.
