Juan Rico does an excellent maintenance job, very friendly and attentive, always resolving all our questions.

Jessica and Melissa are a very great team. Although I wasn’t able to lease out and apartment due to personal issues. They both were very great. I will definitely recommend the Cadence complex to friends and family.

Thank you Melissa for your help I was very nervous about getting my first apartment and moving out of my parents house but you were really helpful and resourceful and made the whole process very simple and fast, touring the apartment really helped me visualize my furniture in there, the apartments are nice and spacious also Mr Miguel was very helpful in fixing my stove thank you very much!

If you’re looking for a nice clean decent place to live in the Dallas area this is the right place I honestly went on Google to see the reviews and some were negative and I got a little discouraged but still wanted to give them a go regardless, and I’m so happy I did, the apartments are very nice and decent and the Staff are so helpful nice and awesome they made me feel at home from the moment I walked in there Jessica and Melissa are so professional and helpful and they answered all of my questions and I was able to meet mr Miguel and Juan who are very helpful and fast when you put in a maintenance request, all and all I’m very happy I found this apartments and now my commute is shorter and less stressful. Thank you guys!

Both Melissa and Jessica are very nice they've helped me in so many ways with this move and are very thoughtful when it comes to my son who's on a ventilator they're working really hard to make sure our move is comfortable. The apartments are nice and quiet the staff/maintenance are very polite and efficient. I strongly recommend moving here. I'm ready to see what my future will be like here. Thank you guys for everything.

Crime has gotten really bad here
It's just a super unsafe area
I have always had a good experience with maintenance though

Some people covered the cameras near the leasing office and broke in 7 cars overnight. They tow bad over there as well. Cars turn up stolen and you have to depend on police to recover your vehicle. Surveillance cameras aren’t helpful at all and it’s not safe to have your car in these apartments. Also, I forgot to mention that the burglars busted the windows out of every single car that was locked. So sad man

Not a safe area to live. Also, I see many comments saying the ladies in the leasing office are so nice, and that's because they ask you to leave a review the first day/week you move in. They tell you all the right things, but it was all just pleasantries to get you out the door. More often than not, when you actually have issues, Juana and Melissa don't follow through with what they said they'd do. Niceness means nothing if you are unreliable.

Came in looking for a 3 bedroom, even though they didn’t have any, Juana was very nice and welcoming. Even helped me look up a view places. I appreciate her lookin out
