Cadence Cyclery of Keller

Looking for newbie advice or professional get along this is your place. Our person was Matt who helped me with here’s the info on the bike you are interested in and only offered his personal opinion on which one was best for me size wise and how I intended to ride when I or my wife asked for it. We also had conversation with at least three other employees who like Matt impressed us with their friendly and down home manner. I purchased my first $1k bike and had modifications (that Matt suggested) to my wife’s bike. Dropped my wife’s bike off late one evening and it was ready for pick up the next day. Should you be thinking am I real or AI (smile) check it by stopping in one day and you’ll quickly see for anything related to bikes and good conversation this is the place. Thanks again Matt and the others who helped us get started in the bike riding world.

Best bike shop in DFW! Have been getting my bikes serviced here for years but finally needed to upgrade to a new mountain bike this weekend. Absolutely LOVE my Specialized Epic Evo, and the buying experience was awesome. I felt like a VIP! Big thanks to Ray and the other techs for getting me on the trail same day. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. I couldn’t even finish my sentence of asking for help before they were telling me they were too busy to do it. Off to find a different bike shop.

I had a wonderful experience Saturday when I visited Cadence Cyclery in Keller. I went in to get a bike rack for my car and received excellent service. They even installed the rack on my car and did a thorough explanation of how to load and unload my bike. While waiting, I had the best latte! I will definitely be back for all my biking needs! Thank you so much!

10/10 stars. These guys just get it. Always helpful, good selection, good prices, and excellent coffee, great beer and wine selection too! What more could you want? Pro Tip: Beer and/or cash tips will probably get your bike fixed faster.

Ryan - Cadence Cyclery of Keller - fixed my rear wheel and then helped me pick out a lock and rear view mirror. I was back on the trails in less than 12 hours

Amazing staff and customer support. Came in 10 min before closing and picked up a new bike and pedals. They gladly offered to install the new pedals, adjust my tire pressures, and my front suspension. While I sat back and enjoyed some bourbon. Might have to break something just to go back and hangout.

Absolute best bike shop around. I grew up in a bike shop as my friends and I rode all the time and some of them worked there. This shop reminds me of that time in my life. Good quality bikes and honest opinions. Repair service that goes the extra step and folks who care about your biking experience not just throwing any ol kind of part on. Best of all is the conversations you have with them makes you feel like your part of the family. They'll let you try out a new bike before buying it and they make grade recommendations on modifications. They will even tell you some great places to ride if you are new to the area or the riding community.

Got both of my giants from Cadence. Staff is really knowledgeable and will be able to get you on the right bike. Braden has done my maintenance on my bikes and I always leave more confident in the saddle than before. All my repairs have been done quickly and cost effectively! It’s why I keep coming back!

Ryan Hargis @ Cadence hooked it up before my trip to Colorado to ride some down hill and XC mountain trails. I was in a time crunch and got it back the day before we left. My rims weren’t set up for tubeless but he made them work that way! Can’t believe how confident I felt shredding Crested Butte Bike Park and Unchained outside of Buena vista with my new treads. Thanks guys!

Had a chance to check out the shop when I was in town. Awesome setup with the attached wine and coffee bar. Ryan was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great people and great bikes.

Best bike shop in the area and Ryan is one of the best mechanics I have seen. He is quick, polite, and knowledgeable about bikes. I highly recommend Cadence for your bike needs (and a good cup of coffee).

The whole staff is very knowledgeable about all the bikes and accessories, and they were willing to take all the time I needed to make a decision on a new mountain bike purchase. I have been out of the sport for a very long time, so they took the time to help re-educated me on all current trends, and sold me a bike that fit my needs, and not just the most expensive big in the shop.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful! Ryan was awesome at taking the time to explain to me what all the components are to look for in buying a new mountain bike and the differences in each of the models (which can be a bit overwhelming). When it came time to pick up the bike, Matt was so patient when teaching me how to use the various features on the bike. He even walked my bike out to the car to make sure the trunk rack I had could safely transport the bike home. I'm extremely happy with the new bike and grateful for their help! They were highly recommended to me by my instructor and I will happily refer them to my friends and family.
