NOT EVEN WORTHY OF ONE STAR. DONT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. Support a local small shop or save your money for a professionally ran store. I was their employee in Beeville, Tx & started at 40 hours they decided to close our store and move me to Kenedy giving me 13 hours a week& when i “managed”the Beeville store for 10$ an hr, and this all happened right when I get my own place with them knowing I have 3kids & no other support or transportation to drive 30 mins away. I had to get rides from my coworker. Me and my coworker start working in Kenedy for them & my first day they tell me I’m organizing all the FR BY MYSELF. Thankfully my coworker gave me a hand but everyone else just sat there watching us. The next few work days they split me and my coworker up to organize their boots, I’m doing the ladies boots & hes on the men’s boots, again everyone else is just at the counter DOING NOTHING. Im moving so many boots and fixing them all in order & I get over heated & literally need to sit down for not even 3 mins, so I sit down get my phone out to check on my kids and Sherri the Manager tells me to clock out and go outside if I couldn’t work. Mind you I was ready to fix that whole mess they had because I love organizing I was just dizzy & needed a small break. I go outside and Sherri & Veronica cuss me out and tell me I can’t clock back in, knowing I have no transportation so I had to walk to the nearest hotel, i was so thankful my coworker clocked out and gave me a ride home. Never have I been treated so ugly at a work place ever! I’ve gave them so much of my time and hard work always. I kept up with Beevilles store along with my coworker always had things cleaned& neat. We may not have had much options because they owe everybody so much money but I’d tell y’all right now to stay far away from CADILLAC JACKS. I’ve been unfairly treated as an Hispanic/Latina i felt so bullied by all the privileged people this store is ran by!
