Cadillac Lofts, San Antonio TX

Impressive price point, location and amenities! Tim was so helpful and professional on my apartment tour today-although I won’t be leasing @Cadillac right now, I will be in the future. Currently, I’m stuck in a ‘luxury’ apartment complex on Austin hwy and it’s underwhelming to say the least. Cannot wait to live at Cadillac lofts when my lease is up!

I have lived here for a few years and am only leaving because I am moving to another city, and I am pretty sad to say goodbye to this apartment.

It's a really interesting building with controlled entry, I always felt super safe. The units are older so they have some occasional issues, but maintenance is great here. I understand some of the older reviews, the office staff wasn't always as great as they are now. However, the current team is AMAZING and they always go above and beyond. They even helped us out when we needed to stay an extra month by waving some fees.

The rent is really reasonable, especially for downtown. The units are super spacious. My unit overlooks the rooftop pool, which is amazing during a storm and a really unique view. This building is also super quiet, which was really amazing coming from other buildings with paper thin walls.

The location has been amazing, I love stepping out my door during Fiesta and being right in the middle of the festivities! I will really miss my morning riverwalk strolls. The riverwalk access is just a couple of blocks away and also super close to the museum reach. I don’t have a dog, but you’re in luck if you do! Great amenities nearby.

Also worth mentioning that, in all my time here, I have seen, like, maybe 2 bugs.

UPDATE: My cat got out of our apartment while we were moving some boxes (the literal last day we're here!) and Tim was AMAZING and very helpful. The little moron ended up being down the hallway on our floor (I still love him), but we felt very confident that we'd have the help we needed during our little panic attack. They are also very flexible with their move-out time, which is awesome! Can't say enough. Absolutely the best team at any apartment I've ever lived in!

The management team is the best by far! We have lived at Cadillac for many years and have had the best service and maintenance turn around in recent months. We enjoy our home here and thank the great staff that work to make our property a great downtown option. Thanks!

Cadillac lofts have a been a very safe place to call home. From the tenants to the office staff, the maintenance and amenities, I have had many great experiences! It’s a perfect place to be when you’re looking to rest your head in a quiet space or quickly get to the life of downtown. These lofts have made it easy to come home without a worry and a cool place to make memories

I am going on my second lease here at the Cadillac Lofts. I cannot rave enough about how happy I am. My maintenance request always quick, trash valet, always a parking spot available (covered parking, I have to add) and the office staff is on point with all communication! Even small things like if you lost a bracelet come claim! Haha The hallways, elevators, trash area and stairs are always clean to. I would never believe my neighbors have cats and dogs if I didn't see them myself! Neighbors are great.

I give this apartment five stars for the staff, inside of the apartment, the location, and price. While the compound is old and the hallways look bleak, we do enjoy living here. Got to enjoy the fireplace several times in the winter was splendid. The view of downtown is grand. The short walk to the River Walk without a high rent makes it even more the better. But what is best about this place is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They are sweet and very capable people. All maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and well. We are not from here and will be moving back east after a year, but Tim, Laura, Marcos, and Jasmine make this place welcoming and a home.

I’ve lived here for a few months short of a year now and I absolutely love it! Staff and maintenance is amazing and so friendly. The environment is great and in such a convenient area.

I absolute love it here! I have never had an issue with safety. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and the staff is super friendly! Tim is a great property manager, you can tell ge wants the absolute best for the complex and the Cadillac community.
I love that fiesta parades are right outside our doors and the dog park is directly across the street. I also appreciate that they have a great carajillo at Moon’s Daughter on the next block!

The price point is great and apartments are anything but cookie cutter. The facility, pool, gym are always clean. Neighbors are welcoming too! Also it’s very pet friendly and everyone is pet responsible which is nice. Only thing I hope to see are some equipment updates in the gym but I hear Tim is already advocating for it.:) I highly recommend it here!

A huge apartment in Downtown San Antonio at a great price. The location is great too. Close enough to downtown to walk and enjoy the sights but far enough away to not deal with all the traffic and tourists. I love it here!

My boyfriend and I really enjoy living here. Tim was very helpful with recent move. Would recommend anyone to live at the Cadillac Lofts! Just Saying.

This is THE best place! The staff is so friendly and helpful, but it doesn't stop there. The residents are great also! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. It is a great little community where you will love the people, the convenience of living downtown, and the peacefulness that surprisingly comes with it!

The building is a neat retro/industrial space. I like the tall ceilings and cement floors. All staff members I’ve interacted with are nice and helpful

I'm coming up on my one year anniversary with Cadillac Lofts, and can't stress how much I love my apartment complex. The staff is very responsive, helpful, and communicative with the tenants, we are within walking distance to the Pearl and the Riverwalk, there is always parking, other tenants are courteous, we have a gym and lounging pool, and there's a city dog park just feet from our building. Everything that I could want in a complex, I have it here. The couple of times that I've needed maintenance for minor occurrences, it is always done in a timely-fashion, and the issue never persists. Would recommend Cadillac Lofts to anybody!

We are going on two years here at Cadillac Lofts, and getting ready to sign for a third! We absolutely love it here. The front office so friendly and kind! Maintenance is amazing and quick to respond when you have an issue come up. One of our favorite times of the year is Fiesta, and with this location we get to see the whole parade and festivities just right outside our window and walk down to join at anytime! We love living downtown and this is the best location if you wanted to find a unique space located in the heart of SA!

I love the Cadillac lofts! This place has a special place in my heart as it was my husbands and I’s first apartment after getting married and moving across state sight unseen during Covid. We didn’t get any pictures of our unit, so I included some here we took a chance and we were very scared but I’m so glad we did because it was such a great living experience and environment.

It’s the best affordable, industrial loft style apartments in the San Antonio Downtown! Dog friendly, washer/dryer hook ups, HUGE windows with lots of sunlight (which I’m going to miss watching the rain in the dark!), every apartment has a loft space for whatever!

Our unit didn’t fit our king size bed but we ask Marco to take the closet doors off and we made it work. We lost some closet space but the loft area and the other bedroom had extra storage, so we made it work.

The reason we’re moving is because we purchased our first home or else we would probably live here a little longer. We’ve been here for over 2 years and it’s been amazing. We love the community, downtown living atmosphere, the city is alive at night, I’ll say! And during fiesta months, Lexington Ave and the park across the street is thriving! We’ll be back to get seats here as Tim (the building manager) is my favorite! Very sweet and listens to your concerns!

There’s also a pool on the second floor and it’s perfect for lounging, hanging out with friends, eating dinner there, reading a book, and playing your switch at night!
Also on the second floor of you have your own washer/dryer - the shared laundry room has vending machines for water & sodas! Which was a plus if you didn’t want to go to the store!

The only thing I’ll say is that if you have large truck, gotta park way back in the parking lot, some extra walking but you’ll be alright. Love ya Cadillac lofts! We’re sad to leave this place behind but we’ll be back during fiesta!
