Cadillac Pizza Pub, McKinney TX

I’m going to hope that our experience was an exception. We arrived at 6: 30pm on Saturday; the place was popping. The wait was approx 45 minutes and we waited. Finally received our text to be seated. The host didn’t seat us another individual did who didn’t inform the waitress she had a new table. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came over even though several workers passed us by multiple times. We finally grabbed someone to ask if they knew who our waitress was. She was gracious enough to help us herself being how long we’d been sitting there. The wait after that was another hour for appetizers then about 45 min for the pizza. Clearly this place gets good business considering the amount of people just tonight was a miss on the from the get go.

Got on the wait list at 6: 30 pm on Saturday, we were told for a party of 4 it will be a 45 minute wait, we had no issues waiting, after 55 minutes we went to check in when we will get our table, they said we were told it will be between 1-2 hour wait which it was already an hour wait, so they said we are number 19 on the waitlist and it will take another 45 minutes to get our table, we waited another 45 minutes and at this point we were pretty mad, so we went to check one more time and they said we are 10th on the list now, so we were super frustrated and hungry so we left and went to marmellow pizza, which where we got seated at the bar right away and got our table in 15 minutes even though they were as busy, so my conclusions is that at the Cadillac pizza they are liars and cheaters. Do not go there if you want to be lied to and wait forever, these people should close down for bed my huge liers.

The pizza is always good. We've had a number of their appetizers, not our favorites are the pretzel and the spinach & artichoke dip.

Our favorite pizza place! We are so grateful to have an amazing pizza place within walking distance from our house. Eat-in experience is fun and take-out is simple and easy. I highly recommend!

The pizza here is phenomenal, and the employees are really great. This would be my top 5 hang outs in McKinney. Definitely 5 stars!

This is our favorite place in downtown McKinney. We love the smokey pie and garlic bread and marinara app (not on the printed menu).

I and my husband usually go to this place whenever we visit McKinney. It 's always busy every time we stop by. We have to book a table and wait for 15-20 mins. We're glad that they still carry anchovy option for pizza. Not so many places still carry anchovy for the pizza. I also love the baked wings. The pizza with thin crust is so full of flavor and crispy. We definitely will come back

Truly the best pizza in town. Just the right amount of toppings. Thin crust. Try the spicy sausage.

You can't beat the pizza at Cadillac pizza. The selection of beers is really good and multiple seating Locations inside and out is very nice. Service has always been marginal at best. You wait for a hostess most of the time you wait for the waiters/waitress's at the table to take your order. Food comes out reasonably quick once the order is taken but there's a lot of waiting. Would be 5 stars with good service.

Atmosphere is so fun, and while small, it is inviting and accessible. The bathroom is an issue when it's busy since it's a one staller, but all in all the ambiance, staff, menu, price point and location are great. We'll be back on a date night when we can sample a little more of the adult drink menu.
The goat+Fig pizza is phenomenal, as were the goat cheese stuffed mushrooms. The kids loved both desserts on the menu as well and didn't leave a crumb. We sat inside but the patio looks like a cool place to hang out too.
Can't wait to come back and visit again.

We were here for the first time on Friday. Brittany S was our server and did an excellent job in taking care of us. The pizza and cocktails were delicious. Looking forward to returning and taking advantage of their happy hour menu!

The pizza was excellent. The mushroom appetizer was very good, but had a bit more of a gravy taste than I would of liked to prevent it from being next level. Service was slow at times, but I think it was more from being overwhelmed than neglect. Great spot to stop in the awesome place that it is downtown McKinney.

It was crowded. Says there is open bar but could only get sodas for some reason.

Go to this restaurant several times a month. Absolutely wonderful service from management, kitchen, host and servers! Love the atmosphere! Live music! Food! Never have anything bad to say!

Uggggg. I love this place! My wife and I love to get the cheese/meat board as an appetizer and then share the Fig & Goat Cheese Pizza. Literally the BEST pizza I've ever had. I love Downtown McKinney and the fact that Cadillac Pizza is there, makes the location one of my favorites. The staff is always very friendly, the service is always great, and the food is always awesome. For a nice evening out, have dinner on the patio with friends and family!

Have been here twice, can say it's definitely one of best pizzas I have had! I'm already craving it, so guess we are going back soon.
