Horrible customer service at the corporate level. Once they have your money, just try to get the bad editing fixed. No one is in charge. Experience in studio wasn’t great either. Over booked and under staffed. Still waiting on fixed photos after weeks. Managers can’t do anything. Waiting in cue behind every other photo that was poorly edited the first go around. Still unresolved.

Had such a wonderful experience. My senior son is an introvert, and they really made him comfortable and relaxed for his senior session. All the pictures came out fabulous. Thanks!

Iraima was great.she got my sons good side and great photos on the 1st shoot. Bryan had some awesome posses. The both have big personalities.

Great experience! The photos turned out amazing. Staff was very pleasant, and they even gave our dog some treats. The original background I picked didn't work with his props he brought, so they worked with us and changed it. Everything was wonderful. I even got the digital special they were running.

Great Customer Service and they work to make sure the kids and parents are happy! Krystal and ALL the photographers were amazing! So many excellent images! Thanks to all of you!

We came in for round two of my son’s senior portraits. We had signed up for way too many pictures for my son who hates having his picture taken. He was dreading having to come back because he really didn’t enjoy round one very much. To my very pleasant surprise, our photographer was one of my former fifth grade students! He took such good care of us! He made Michael feel comfortable and let Michael’s personality shine through. He let us look at the shots he took and asked Michael if he liked them. If we weren’t crazy about them, he took more pictures. I’m really excited to see how the pictures turn out! It was so rewarding to see that Khristian Hudnall has grown up and is doing such phenomenal work. It was such a fun day. Thanks, Khristian!

I came to Cady out in the Woodlands for my presentation of my Senior Pictures, and I had a lovely experience and a great opportunity to review my pictures with one of the managers named Layton, whom was very kind and helpful with the process.

CADY is a good photo studio with excellent stuff. The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and friendly. Photographer Jimmy Q.was excellent and fun. He was able to make my son smile who actually doesn’t smile when taking pictures. He is great at his job.

We came here for senior pictures and had a seamless session. They had lots of backgrounds to choose from and a very friendly staff. Layton was absolutely fantastic. Will be back.
