Horrible! Very rude staff she literally pull my hand and said "which color do you want then" such a horrible attitude and energy
don't waste your time or money here!

I’m so glad I decided to try out Caesars Nails & Spa. All of the nail techs are good but I happen to get Taylor one day and I was hooked! She is AMAZING! She’s super friendly and helpful when I’m struggling to find the right color. My nails usually last approximately 3 weeks and always look perfect. The staff is always friendly as well. Great nail salon!

This was the best nail and spa treatment ever! They did exactly what I asked for and I have received so many compliments about my nails can't wait to go back next week!

Taylor was amazing! Very patient since I always have a hard time choosing which color! And my nails were beautiful!

They are neat I will return they give champagne and plenty of real alcohol they will have you in and out love it

I was excited to bring my mom and grandmother since she had never gotten her nails done. Upon arrival we were quickly assisted and seated. After checking in with them, my mom told me that the nail tech (in the yellow shirt) was rude and appeared to be annoyed at my 87 year old grandmother for moving her hands. I looked at her nails and I noticed that she only had a clear coat and nail polish on her toes. I understand that my grandmother moved a couple times but if she didn’t want to finish or do the service she should’ve stopped and let another tech do it. I paid full price (and tipped) for a job poorly done but what’s more disappointing is that this ruined her experience. I did let the front desk know about this situation and I hope they do better moving forward with new customers.

I recently moved to Houston started going to Ceasars the staff is very friendly is the only plus to this nail salon which is why I kept returning. My nails however were not the best. Last visit I got a gel overlay full set & days later the gel had completely peeled off on 3 nails. What a waste of my time & money. When I went back to tell them what happened they act like they didn’t really care & still charged me full price for the new color I was forced to get a week later! I haven’t been back since

Love, love, love this place! I’ve been going for a few months now & every time I’ve been it’s been worth it. Literally everyone knows how to do nails & always so welcoming.

I have used many of the technicians here but the one I recommend is Ha. She does incredible work.

Very nice and clean spa! Everyone was nice and Chris did an amazing job on my holiday nails I love them! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I don’t like my nails, at all. This was my first time visiting, really paid $95 for this, plus tip. Definitely not okay, also they didn’t honor $9 off first time visit due to the price I paid. Staff was nice, but I won’t be returning really disappointed.

I love my nails! This was my first time coming to this nail salon. Alexis did an amazing job on my dip powder set. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

Attention to detail and cooperation on deciding a style. My nail tech was Annie. I also got a cucumber pedicure with shellac.
