Very friendly people, charcoal never stopped even without asking the man to change it.
Food was good.
Quick service.

Everything was great, it was just extremely cold inside so we sat outside. 10/10 would recommend

The people working there made me feel like they don’t wish to serve.
Im sure they were happy that I didn’t spend any money and walked out.

I won’t be surprised if this place ends up closing down.

The waitresses are SCAMMERS! BE WARE! I went to Mawals with a few friends and the waitress Ashanti made me and my friends pay $50 to sit at a FREE table and took the payment through apple pay claiming that it would be better for us to send the money to her and not pay through mawals. This is also Ashanti’s 2nd time over charging us. Next we all paid for byob and hookah but Ashanti still tried to charge us another $200 when everything was already paid for. She harassed my friend through text about the money not being paid and said we did not need to return to Mawals to pay the balance she wanted the $200 sent through apple pay to her phone. Ashanti had no intention on putting that towards a fraudulent tab she was pocketing the money! I do not appreciate being taken advantage of because your waitress THOUGHT me and my friends were too drunk to see what was going on but this needs to be handled. The first time she added her own tip on my tab! She tried this twice to get extra money. I need to be contacted ASAP thank you.

I’m here faithfully! Mel is my girl! She’s chill, attentive, and sweet! Lisa is also one of the sweetest servers I’ve had! She is never without a smile! Everyone here is friendly! BYOB is a plus! Definitely recommend!

Pricing is more expensive than other places. Paid $33 for a hookah ($16), an appetizer plate of fries ($12), and water bottle ($1.75). The fries were a bit too salty to my liking. The hookah is not bad (cream orange and mint). Atmosphere: dim lit, was playing loud hip-hop/ RnB playlist, deep booths. Not a place I would study. It’s located in an unassuming shopping strip next to a Ross that feels a bit sketchy. Best thing about this place: the sweet waitress Erika.

I would leave zero stars if I could. My server was not attentive and I get it, it’s a busy night. However, I saw other servers be there and run around and be there whenever their table needed them. I waited forty minutes to be seen and to get my order taken. Another fifteen for my hookah. By this time, I’m wondering if it’s worth it. I’ve been here several times and never experienced this kind of neglect. Hookah guys ignored me when I asked for more coals and pretended to not understand me. My tab was $24 dollars over what we spent not including gratuity and the CC charge. I use to come here over Nomad. But I’ll never be back. Service was trash. Food was served LUKE WARM. Hookah took a long time. Cars were broken into. Just NO.

Best hookah we had in Houston. Just the service needs to be better, they need to hire more people who has some English background. Overall 5 star!

First time there and someone was shooting in the parking lot and the place went crazy people was running and knocking everything down.never going back!

I use to love coming here with the girls, but I’ve came here recently this place is way over priced…. Sorry but won’t be coming back.

The manager Fufu always takes care of me and everything working in a professional fun safe environment. Staff is amazing and I absolutely always have a great time. Will be back again and again. Perfect for anyone trying to smoke the best hookah in tx and trying to have a safe fun night this is the spot. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I always get shown great Hospitality and enjoy myself. Me and my friends come here all the time and have never had problems. Shot out to the manager fufu she always makes sure me and my guest are good and taken care will be back every time in houston and I tell all my friends go visit and ask for her.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. It’s always clean and the food is really good, I love the hummus! They also have the best hookah in town.
