The young lady who helped was knowledgeable and had lots of ideas. I had lots of *odds and ends* that needed repairs.

The jeweler is an artist and there are plenty of brilliant examples on their website, but the dazzling repairs to my *vintage* diamond and 2+ ct cocktail ring are exquisite! I gasped on seeing the improvements. I will be coming back. There are more pieces where these come from. The charms replaced on mums bracelet (now mine) are finally on! But so much more pleasing, the cleaning made details I hadn’t seen in decades visible. What a treasure. Thanks Caleesi’s!

Cathy & Steve are truly the dream time! After finding a beautiful ring online that's no longer available, I enlisted them to help with this custom design. From my first meeting, I knew that they were "my people. " As a family-owned business, they truly make you feel like family. They were incredible to work with from start to finish. I made several changes along the way, and they were always patient and encouraging. The ring is unique and a show-stopper. It's exactly as I imagined it. And who wouldn't want to work with lovely people you could see sharing Christmas dinner with! I can't thank Cathy and Steve enough for turning my dream into reality!

I purchased a new solitaire diamond for my wife's ring. The staff was friendly, courteous, and the prices were great. They ordered several diamonds for me to look at in the size my wife wanted. I had looked at several diamonds at other stores, but the customer service here was unmatched. This is a great place to buy a diamond or custom jewelry in Austin.

My Fiancé used this jeweler to create my one of a kind engagement ring. The most important aspect he wanted was to find someone who would understand and appreciate making a ring that was modern but made with materials from his mom’s wedding ring. Caleesi understood the sentimental value and was able to create a ring that blew my mind while honoring my Fiancé’s mom. After he popped the question I was so indecisive about my ring size and what was most comfortable. Caleesi made me feel so comfortable and was always incredibly sweet when I had them resize it three times I wasn’t kidding about being indecisive ‍️ At the end of the day if you want someone who will take pride in their work, the stones, and memories being made then this is the place!

Chelsea is one of a kind when it comes to customer experience. It started with a small ring repair for me replacing a pave diamond, to another infinity band repair and stone check, to Steve the fabulous man behind the microscope to execute the engagement ring and band of my dreams and beyond. I visited Caleesi to repair a gold necklace that had been broken. The chain link of the necklace is very small and delicate, but their craftsmanship showed when they returned a finished product higher than expectations.

Customer service was A+. I was greeted by all three members of the team upon arrival and they each took the time to address my concern and communicate next steps.

I thought pricing was pretty fair given the scope of work.

Really great experience with Caleesi Designs. They got me out of a bind after I procrastinated getting my wedding ring resized, and sized it perfectly. People there are really nice, and i wasn't in the market at the time, but I looked around their inventory and saw really incredible pieces.

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in the right place. I brought them an heirloom onyx and diamond ring with the hope that they could use the stones to create jewelry I would wear more often. They designed and created a beautiful diamond ring, and an onyx necklace and earrings. I'm already getting complements on the jewelry. I highly recommend them.

Great job! Steve really helped design the wedding bands for Jeanne. I also bought a band that was identical to a band on Congress Ave that was $500 more. We went back and bought an aqua marine pendant that is beautiful!
