Honest and efficient. They did a thorough diagnostic for a fair price. Found a few things that need immediate attention and provided a list of things to consider for future.
I had received my registration sticker but had not yet placed on my windshield, I had it on my dash. On my drive home I noticed they had removed my old one and placed it for me. So nice. I didn't ask them to do that.
Love little details like this, shows they care.

I called today to see if they had an opening for an oil change. The nice gal that answered the phone was very friendly. She told me they would be happy to help & to come on in! Darrin was so helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait that long, the price was very reasonable and I highly recommend this business!

The staff was very professional, clean and gave me VIP treatment. They have a waiting room full with great goodie’s. Definitely bringing all my vehicles here!

I had a bolt come off the underside of my Honda CRV and some type of housing was hanging down. I pulled into Caliber Auto Services, Creekside, and explained my issue. They fixed it immediately and there was no charge! They were so nice and very professional. I highly recommend Caliber!

I started using Caliber Auto Care over 2 years ago when NTB quoted list of repairs my car HAD to have. Took to Caliber where they did diagnostic check, and showed me where I did NOT need half the repairs quoted me!

Darrin helped me today and he was so helpful and informative…he and ALL their staff are HONEST, friendly, professional and respectful.

Their waiting area is always clean, and if you aren’t able to wait, they offer shuttle service.

They got me in quickly and by end of day had a solution to my issue, ordered the parts and told me it would be done the next day. I had the car back by 1pm the next day as promised. They dropped me back home after I left the vehicle and picked me up and brought me back to my car. My only negative is the cost of the initial trouble shooting and diagnostics of the problem is high. I think that ties back to the fact they do a complete review of all aspects of the vehicle and not just the problem area so they can suggest additional services which I did not want.

Nowadays is pretty hard to find a mechanical auto shop with true integrity. These folks definitely showed this anymore. I would highly recommend them for all your auto mechanical needs.

This place and the folks who work here are incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable! Ive never had an Auto repair shop treat me with such kindness! They took the time to explain everything and there were no hidden costs!

They text/email with pics, recommendations and a price quote, you can accept and decline recommended services online and they had my vehicle with new tires and brakes back the same day!

Won't return to this location after many years of being a loyal customer. Their lack of the ability to make an appointment is so inconvenient for the customer. Then when they say be here at a certain date/time only to hear upon arrival it will be 3 days before they can work on your vehicle is ridiculous. Sorry, but this location is dead to me.

Everyone was very nice and professional and kept me in loop on all they were doing on car. One complaint is steering wheel had grease on it and handle on door. Could have been more cautious and did a look over. Car didn't seem as clean inside when I got it back.

Thanks Caliber! Always a friendly and helpful crew there. Popped in today to get a brake light fixed and they took care of it pronto, no charge. I will keep going back for all my auto needs.

I stopped in on my way home from the grocery store right before closing, my battery had a bad terminal connection that had caused it to disconnect. Staff was polite and helpful even though I stopped in right at closing time on my way home. Delvin was the technician who got the connection fixed and was very polite the whole time! Thank you again to the whole team for getting my problem fixed so I could be sure my car would start when I needed it to

Darren the service Mgr was very helpful and knowledgeable with my car. They diagnosed the issues with my auto and did a awesome job. They will get my business in the future.

This was my third or fourth time into the shop and I've had nothing but good experiences here. Today was just to a patch tire, they got me in and out super quickly and there was no charge for the service. Can't do better than that. Will be back

In addition to being friendly, courteous and on time, I find a refreshing level of honesty at Caliber Auto Care on Kuykendahl. I trust them to take the best care of my car, but also to treat me respectfully. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.
