I live in Dallas and my truck broke down in Houston. I brought my car to Calibur and they took care of everything. Terry was very thorough with the diagnostics. The staff was so nice and helpful and I will always recommend them to anyone.

Fast, friendly, and transparent repairs. Came in with close to no idea what was wrong and they walked me thru the car symptoms and what each thing was. I felt the service was high quality and they had my car done in the time they stated they would.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary for me to leave one after my visit here. Great customer service from start to finish. The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice and answered all questions. Once I got there, Terry was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The waiting room was very clean, and pleasant with a play place and coloring books for kids, and beverages to enjoy while you wait for your car. The front desk staff were super nice as well. I took my car to get an alignment, and my steering wheel felt just like new after it was serviced. I definitely recommend this location!

So, I absolutely love Caliber Auto Care! First off, I am a coffee drinker and they have amazing Starbucks coffee while you are waiting! I also love that the facility is super clean from the waiting area to the restrooms. The moment you walk through the door the staff members are super inviting and so kind. Lorelei and Amanda are my girls! I love their transparency when giving quotes for things that need to be repaired on my vehicle. I also appreciate their willingness to help correct whatever concern I may have with my vehicle on my visit for that particular day. I truly appreciate all of their help every time I stop by more than they know! This will be my forever go to place I take my vehicle! Thank you both and your entire team so much for being amazing! Absolutely the BEST! Customer service is A1, they are completely transparent about work needing to be done, and the atmosphere is inviting… oh and let me add- you can’t beat their price point- they come in well under other repair shops in the area.

You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful experience! It started from the time I dropped off my car until I picked it up after it was finished. They called me an Uber to bring me home while my car was being worked on and an Uber to bring me back to the shop once my vehicle was ready. Awesome customer service, I can not put into words how grateful and thankful I am for coming here to get my car fixed.

I go to Caliber regularly and the service, personnel, costs, and wait area make for a five-star experience every time. Recently, the service advisor, Lorelai, went out of her way to make sure my vehicles were serviced as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. She provided courtesy transport and was very pleasant. I'm thrilled that my family has someone to count on for our cars!

Good customer service. Not pushy no getting recommended repairs done - leaving up to customer to decide. Excellent ambience in the lobby and waiting area. Good Starbucks coffee too as you wait!

This place is fine. They do a good job. I’m not sure why it takes an hour for an oil change every time or why the tech needs to move my seat all around to move my truck 30 ft. Those are just annoyances but they seem to do a thorough job.

I don’t usually leave great reviews but this place is clean, people are polite and courteous. The prices are fair and I like that they present recommendations but don’t try to push you to purchase. I’ll will have my family bring the cars here.

Honest, transparent, and straightforward, all things I like from a shop like this. Excellent service. All of these things remain true, while going above and beyond with a stubborn issue that took quite some time to resolve. They could've resorted to charging for services I might not have needed, but were patient and addressed my problem.

I called ahead and the team gave me a timeframe and expected time to replace my battery and performed the service exactly as they had told me in the time frame they stated.

I used to trust caliber, but after what appears to be multiple management makeovers, the quality has nose dived. I went in due to my car struggling to start.brought it to them and they gave me a giant list of things that"needed" to be done. I didnt agree with most of it, but I needed my car fixed b/c of my job. Paid them 2200 only for the car to have the same issue within 2 days after they "fixed" it.brought it back after having to get a jump from a good samaritan. They "run tests at no charge" but still say they "didnt see anything and that it "craked right up for them! " On advise from the good samaritan, I went and bought a new battery ($200) at Autozone. Boom problem fixed. CALIBER Auto Care on Hwy 6- were either incompetent, lazy, or flat out deceitful in not discussing my battery. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Exceptional customer service from start to finish! Terry Brower was my Service Advisor and really did an amazing job in assisting me. He was very thorough, efficient, and helpful in aiding me in my current car needs. Really appreciated that they could price match my dealership estimates, quickly order the parts I needed, and even offered to Uber me to and from my home location while waiting for my car services to be completed. Thank you so much Terry! I will most definitely be back for any further future car care needs!
