Caliber Auto Care, Mansfield TX

Caliber did my state inspection quickly and even took pictures of all the different things they inspected. Above and beyond what the state asks. Their waiting room is comfortable and they provide coffee, water and other amenities.

I came into caliber today to get my inspection done & was informed i had a couple of things that were going to cause my car to fail the inspection. Daniel the general manager was the ABSOLUTE BEST! He helped me and assisted me with all my questions & took such good care of me. He was so sweet from the time i walked in until the time i left.at the end of my visit everything i needed to pass was taken care of and i was extremely satisfied with my experience and the services provided.

Jacob, my point of contact was great. Brittany (i think that was her name), Zack and 1 other associate were very attentive to my concerns. They knew i was on a time crunch and did their best to get the answers to the questions i had. The mechanical setbacks experienced were not in their control but they did their best to resolve the issues both times my vehicle visited.

1 star goes to Dustin. Just because the original service writer is off, doesnt mean he can just skip over a vehicle. He said at 8am he would have an answer by noon so, i called at 2pm. Dustin said he didnt have time to deal with it and since Jacob was off, i would have to wait until Jacob comes back to get my vehicle diagnosed. After speaking to someone else, they said they would get to it by the end of the day. At 5: 30pm, the tech was driving the car to confirm the issues i had experienced. Sadly, it was too late in the day to have a claim submitted. Dustin's inability to help his co-workers caused a set back that caused unnecessary stress to others involved.

Service was done same day.

Price I paid for my service was EXTREMELY fair!

They do great work and are very reasonably priced. I have been taking my Acura here for two years. Don't take your car to an auto dealership for repairs and maintenance. They will "rob you blind"! Trust me, bring your car here!

Two stars cause I finally got my car back after about a month.needed new transmission.they kept two weeks, I got it back and it was worse! Brought it back and they kept it another two weeks, it's ok now.but.the got grease on my seats and oil in my backseat!

Very professional. Very friendly. Very helpful! Very clean and very comfortable waiting room! They put new battery in my car at last minute. I am grateful to have them as my car “doctors”

I called this location prior to getting my older Prius model towed here and was told by a gentleman that it would be no problem. He didn't ask for any further information. I called again the same day providing them with an ETA of when my car would arrive, only then an employee took down my information including what was wrong with the car, the make, model, year, mileage, etc. Upon the cars arrival, I was called and informed that they weren't "trained to diagnose and repair my vehicle because it was an older hybrid model. "

Because of this, I had to get my car towed a second time somewhere else because they failed to tell me this before I even arranged to get my car towed there which was complete carelessness on their end. I would not recommend this location. They have no problem wasting people's time and resources.

Very professional job replaced rack@pinion and stabilizer bars, next time I need auto repairs Caliber will the one.

The appointment went great! Started on time and was finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location.

This was a suggested 3rd party Auto shop that I was sent to because the dealership appointments were full. Went in for my Ac/heater and dash malfunction on Saturday for a scheduled appointment at 12: 30 and was told I had to leave my car over the weekend.dealership was not open to receive a loaner so I had to take the vehicle back and was asked to return Monday morning at 8 am by Dustin at Caliber.was told again that I had to leave my car and they would let me know something at noon… I called at 11: 21 checking my status on my vehicle and was told nothing was wrong with it… which was a entire lie.said they were out there for 30 minutes checking the air… (you kept my car since 8am and you mean to tell me you only worked on it for 30 minutes?) so I explained to him i know the vehicle is not right.and I’ve been waiting all this time for you to tell me nothing is wrong with it.he then says well we are still working on it…. Wait, what?
(that’s not what you said though) so I told him I would like for him to do it again.he says I’m trying to help you.yes I appreciate that.but it’s your job to properly check for any errors on my vehicle and not just tell customers anything… i drove out my way twice to get my car fixed because obviously I have to do whatever to get it fixed properly but I will not be bamboozled by a company that I’m never coming back too…you guys already are not welcoming when you come in.the looks on your face show you don’t wanna be there …you promised a service that I didn’t get. I don’t know if you guys simply didn’t have the knowledge to work on a hybrid or what but I am not coming here anymore.please don’t be fooled by the reviews.you’ll be taking a chance on your vehicle dropping it off.they may fix it.they may not.just saying. I’m taking my car somewhere else for a second opinion…

Nice, friendly, with shuttle, kids play area, nice waiting room with large TV, reasonable estimates with photos of issues, no pressure

They have been fast and professional the times I have been in. Everyone has been courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got my battery and alternator done quickly as a walk in. I have been coming here for over 3 years now. Thank you.

Not good experience. Dont have equipment for My car Alligment. Machenic doesn't even finish the job properly.
