Disappointed, used to love this place. Last time we bought new tires from here, they forgot to put the spare tire back and we had to call and go back up there to get it. Now several months later, we went to do a tire patch and the tire lock is gone- haven't touched it since they replaced my tires so since there was some carelessness last time, imagine they misplaced it/accidentally kept it since we haven't touched my tires or done any work to my car since. Now we have to buy a new one.

Nick was extremely helpful and took great care of us. His customer care was above and beyond. We left our other shop to come to work directly with him.

I'm writing to thank the service manager (I'm upset at myself for not remembering his name) located at the 5117 Golden Triangle Blvd location. I was having a terrible service experience at another facility (Not Caliber) servicing my brakes and decided to perform my own due diligence and have Caliber take a look at the issue. I explained my frustration to the service manager and just wanted the issue fixed, i was willing to pay again. The service manager could have easily charged me to diagnose and possibly performed the fix at my expense. But instead, he rode with me, diagnosed the problem exactly and provided guidance that helped me resolve the issues with the facility that just couldn't get it right at no additional cost. What an amazing gesture! Thank you again and sorry that I forgot your name, you deserve to be recognized!

Always is an excellent experience with the shop. Nick and Josh have taken great care of my vehicles.

Went in for an alignment. They ended up doing a half-work job. I told them to make sure the steering wheel was straight. They did not. When I asked to speak to the tech to explain the issue they stone walled me and didn’t allow me too. Apparently what ever you tell the person at the desk, they don’t pass that off to the person who is working on the car, even when you ask them too. Price was not what was quoted on the paper. They charged me for shop material fee— for an alignment. When I asked they said it’s included in all their services and when I questioned why the price was $20 more before tax than what I was told, and they had nothing to say. I had to bring the car back right after because they didn’t test drive it and it was still pulling. After getting the car back the 2nd time, steering wheel is still crooked and they refused to let me speak to the tech. I asked for the master tech and they said he was all booked up. I am never again coming to this place again. Very unhelpful, non-transparent and inexperienced techs working on cars. I suggest anyone needing an alignment to reconsider and save your money before you have to go somewhere else for them todo the job correctly the first time.

I have been taking my car here for 3 years. The customer service has mostly been amazing (shoutout to Danny and TJ) and they always take care of my vehicle as needed. I went in today to ask them to run codes on my new car (that they did an oil change on a few months ago-so they’ve serviced it before) as I was pretty sure it was just that I didn’t tighten the gas cap after filling up and needed them to clear the code. The man at the desk told me it would take 2 hours and he was “required” to run a full diagnostic on it and it would cost me $129. This is not the type of response or service I am used to from this place. I laughed and told him I would take it elsewhere. Went 5 mins down the road to First Choice Auto, Greg had me in/out in 5 mins, cleared the code and didn’t charge me. Sad that they can’t just take a few minutes to listen to the customers issue before requiring some Outrageous and unnecessary work. Really hope this isn’t going to continue to be the norm for this place because it was my go-to spot.

Just a suggestion, when you tell someone it's going to cost an hour of labor to fix something make sure they know your hourly rate is $184.99.

Nick helped me with my car issues. We wound up having to go to a dealership. He recommended the best way to handle calling dealerships, my insurance, and tow service. Everything went smooth. Completely Satisfied

Took great care of me and my car. Had repairs done very quickly and updated me every step of the way. Will only bring my vehicles to this location from now on.

Convenient for car repairs. Staff is super courteous. They provide pictures of what they worked on, even for state inspection sticker. This was new for me. Waiting area is nice and well appointed with coffee area and play zone similar to what Chik fil a has. Try to get an appointment beforehand if you can. They are very busy. Bring your laptop and work or head to the Aldi next door and get groceries done. They have Veterans discount too and they do mail out coupons for service.

Came in as a walk in for two trucks. Caliber was able to complete everything for both in an hour. Fast, convenient, and honest service.

Had a warning light come on in my car and they were quick to get me in. I have never been to a Caliber location before and it is very comfortable. They have a nice lounge with couches and chairs, an indoor playground, a little dog run outside and a place for free coffee/drinks.

I recently had a terrible experience with this Caliber Auto Care. I went to Caliber Auto Care because Google had suggested it for a "free alignment" for my 2019 Subaru Outback. However, this turned out to be a huge mistake.

When I arrived at Caliber Auto Care, they did indeed offer a free alignment check. However, what followed was a blatant attempt to upsell me on a $1,300 repair that they claimed was desperately needed. I was shocked by this outrageous attempt to take advantage of me, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Distrustful of their motives, I decided to get a second opinion. I visited the Subaru Dealership, and, to my surprise, they informed me that all I needed was a simple alignment, which they offered for just $160.00. It was a stark contrast to the $1,300 "repair" that Caliber Auto Care had tried to convince me was necessary.

This experience has left me feeling highly disappointed and It's evident that "nothing is free, " as the initial promise of a free alignment check was just a lure to get me through their doors. I feel like I wasted my time and could have been easily swindled by Caliber Auto Care if I had trusted Google's suggestion.

I wish we found this place years ago-it can be hard to find a place that does good work but you also feel like you can trust the team. Every person I've interacted with has been helpful, kind, and very clear about what's happening. I won't go anywhere else.

Bonus factors-the location is really nice and clean. They have free coffee too. Not just a keurig that hasn't been cleaned in years. They have fresh ground beans. Who does that? Haha They even have a playscape for the little ones. Who they also are very sweet with and give stickers.

I'm not trying to make this took long, but my wife was getting our two kids out of the car and one of the employees came to see if she needed any help. Amazing place!

A great service every time! Quick and affordable. Never try to up-sell you on any unnecessary maintenance. My go-to shop for any and all car related needs!

Wonderful service! They went out of their way to shuttle us home and provided incredibly fast repairs.

I only needed a state inspection. They finished in about 30 mins. I gotta say this is the cleanest, mot well organized, thoughtful auto shop I've been in. And the staff were friendly. I will be back.
