This place is so AWESOME! I’ve had repairs done on vehicles before, but I’ve never experienced the level of detail and attention that I received from Nathan at Caliber Collision. He is the best! I will always bring my vehicles here, and will recommend it to family and friends.

I have never used this business before but it was recommended to me by my insurance. I can tell you I will never use a different one. I went to the Caliber Collision on old Newman Road in Frisco where Garrett is the manager. Not only did they do an excellent job on my vehicle but they treated me like I was their only client and I watched them do that with every other client as well. Garrett went out of his way To make sure that I was satisfied the vehicle was working and all my questions were answered. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Great service all the way around. The receptionist and Damian were very helpful and kind. Our car was completed faster than the time given at the time of drop off. Damian also called us throughout the entire process and kept us informed about the work and any updates.

They appear to be owned by the insurance company Liberty Mutual, so don't expect for your car to be completely repaired. Only the minimums!

Went to another tire shop to get my tires rotated/oil changed, other tire shop didn’t torque down my wheels so I went here to get them torqued down and they were SO helpful! Great attitudes and a pleasure talking to. Thank you Frankie, Hunter, and Issac for the help! Highly recommend

Andrew was my contact. He truly was outstanding! He would regularly contact me with phone calls and text messages to keep me informed with the progress of my Mini Cooper. The repair was also outstanding. My Cooper looks like new! Thank you to Andrew and the entire team at FM423 location!

Andrew was in charge of taking care of my 2021 RAV4. He was amazing! He constantly kept me up to date on where they were with my car and letting me know what parts they were waiting on. Lost a fight with a curb and it stole my bumper. They took care of it in a timely manner with great communication and professionalism. Will come back here if I need to again.

Took my vehicle for insurance claim repair at this location as it is designated as express location for Geico and supposed to be faster with quality work; both of which proved to be incorrect for my experience.

Dropping off my vehicle, I was told it will take 2 weeks, but it ended up being 4 weeks. Moreover, when I went to pick my vehicle noticed poor workmanship issues at the quarter panel joint section. I was told it is normal but when I continued raising my concerns the manager came over and humbly agreed to have it fixed properly in next 2 days. Lastly, I was told Caliber will pick up the charge for 2 days of rental for the extra time to fix the quality concern, but they never did and I ended up getting charged for it. It was an inconvenient experience for me with delays, not adequate quality checks in first place and willingness to keep their commitment to cover the extra rental cost.

The FM 423 location was very professional, provided timely communications and completed the hail repairs quicker than originally expected. I will definitely use them again.

I called to get a quote, to replace a new bumper. But none one was able to help. They said "we are short in people", (means workers) for that reason i wasn't able to scheduled an appointment to get me a quote and fix my truck. Definitely I will go somewhere else!

Excellent communication and service. They made me aware of the repairs every step of the way to ensure I was in the loop.

I am more than pleased with the work these guys did for me, as far as the legal stuff with the insurance they dealt with it completely and did everything as promised. And for the repairs, I am actually impressed it turned out perfect, I own a BMW with a rare paint color so I was a little worried about them not being able to match it, but they did! If I have to use them again I will definitely go back.

Fantastic claim/ repair facility. We have used this Caliber location 3 times and have been more than pleased with their work - quality work, great customer service, and true professionalism.
