After an accident, my car was repaired there. The staff is awesome. I did receive most daily updates and status of what was going on with the repairs. Kudos!

My vehicle was rearended and was out of commission, took my vehicle to Caliber Collision for repairs. Hilario Martinez was my service advisor and explained everything that was going to take place. Hilario and his team were outstanding, Hilario kept me informed every step of the way. The paint and body team made my truck look better than new. This caliber team on 11011 Bluff Bend drive are the best at what they do. I would recommend them for any type of paint and body repair. Thanks again Hilario and the caliber collision team.

Kept me up to date with the status of my truck and cared about the quality of work they were doing. When I had to stop in my service tech was bragging about what they did and seemed really proud. Made me excited to see how it turned out.

Caliber Collision had our truck for about a month and we received very poor service until Michael Rocha took over. My husbands truck had front end damage and we were told multiple times it would be finished just for it to not be ready at all and pushed weeks and weeks. I can’t be more grateful to Michael as I finally received my truck due to his intervention and help. He made sure to thoroughly communicate and if he gave a deadline he kept it. The only reason I’m reviewing 5 stars is for Michael.

Terrible service, the receptionist is aggressive, arrogant and recista, they should better train the person who attends you.

Armando helped me with my brakes on my vehicle. Service was awesome. He went above and beyond, also washed the exterior of my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Great all around experience. Car repairs have typically been stressful and slow in the past. Mike Rocha did an excellent job keeping me up to date throughout the whole process, and they even finished a little over two weeks quicker than estimated. The repairs after a somewhat serious collision were very good. No indication that the car ever would've been in an accident. Eli Martinez was my estimator I believe, and he did a great job. The initial estimate was very close to the ending balance, and the estimate was completed promptly. There was no issue getting my deductible waived either as I was ruled not at fault for the accident. If I am ever in another accident in which my vehicle isn't drivable, I will be giving this Caliber location my business once again.

My experience with this caliber collision was amazing! My car was inoperable after a rear end collision, and they handled receiving the car and repairing all the damage done very efficiently. I was informed of where my car was in the process every single week via a phone call from Michael Rocha. The only delays were due to part availability, I have a sports car that is difficult to get parts for. I had a small issue after the pickup, due to the tow truck company dragging the front of my car. Mike took care of ordering what was needed and giving me a call to bring it back in for a very quick install. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. I really enjoyed working with Mike.

Parts of my car went into the shop fully functional, but came out damaged. They said they would update me weekly about when they can fix what they broke, but have failed to get in contact or respond to phone calls.
