These guys did a fantastic job of repairing my car after it was damaged in the ice storm. They brought it back to me better than it was before and it looks amazing!

These guys are great! I was in an accident mid December.took about 3 weeks for them to get me an appointment. I was willing to wait though. I've been involved in 3 different accidents over the last 10 years. Caliber Collision handled all 3. I swear all three vehicles came back better than when I dropped them off. Ashley at the front was great with handling scheduling, and Adrew my service rider kept me informed every step of the way They actually finished 8 days earlier than planned. The work was very well done. There was a delay in the repair, but this was due to delays in parts delivery and the holidays, thus would not blame the shop. Most of the time did a very good job of keeping me updated, but did have to call for updates a couple of times. They worked with insurance directly which made things easy.

Antonio was WONDERFUL! The weather is nasty in Austin today. I was out and my sunroof decided to open and refused to close. The front desk was kind and got someone for me right away. Antonio was willing to help me get it unstuck and closed. He’s a true life, and car, saver!

Don’t take your car at this shop. First when I had called to get an appointment for my car repair. I gave them the insurance detail along with which insurance I had. When I took my car to the shop and did the walk through the agent knew which Insurance i was doing repair with. Then after a whole week. The shop calls me and tells me they don’t work with my insurance AVOID this place. The manager is also rudeeeeee. No apologies or anything for their customer. Bunch of clowns working at this locations

This will be my 2nd time to visit them. I'm back because of the wonderful job they did on my first visit. Since they are a car body shop i really hope there isn't a 3rd visit!

If I could give Caliber Collision on McNeil 0 stars, I would. I brought my car in for hail damage (like many, many others) in April 2021. It’s now August 2022, and my car still hasn’t been repaired. I understand there are issues with staffing and obtaining parts but I cannot even get a simple status update on my whether my car is still on the waiting list (they had bumped me off the list for some unknown reason last year). I have literally called 10 times in the past few weeks and never get a phone call back. Often times, I get hung up on or put on hold that eventually leads to endless ringing of another phone line. This is nearly an $9,000 repair and I will be calling around to other body shops to give them my business.

Completely ruined everything they were supposed to fix. Tons of paint overspray on the interior, bad welding and paint job. Parts coming off that they installed during repair. Just a bad experience overall.

Caliber made repairs to my car and the result is amazing! Anyone I interacted with at Caliber (via phone and in person) from start to finish was knowledgeable and professional. They are definitely specialists in their craft!

I brought my car here because I got my low beam light changed in Cypress, Tx at a Caliber Auto Care. About a month later it went out so I hit up the Caliber Collision on Parmer. I didn’t realize there was a difference in the Caliber stores but Antonio took really good care of me anyway instead of having me drive to another store. He was SO kind and made sure he had a bulb on site and really went above and beyond. Thank you Antonio for all your help and kindness. You really saved me that day! Very trustworthy people here that truly try to take care of their customers.
