Absolutely amazing experience! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative staff! These guys kept me informed of my repair every single step of the way and I never wondered what was going on. The quality of repair was fantastic with no complaints and my vehicle was immaculately clean when I got it back. Repairs were quick and they had it back to normal in no time! Would like to give a big thank you to all the staff, you just can find service like that anymore.

I was going through alot of personal issues and to top it all off a deer got in the way and i crashed my car. Caliber collision was the closest to fix my car and they’re si amazing and understanding. I didnt have money to meet my deductible like i said i was going through personal issues and caliber collision paid for it and my storage? I am so grateful and happy i would definitely recommend and the staff was super helpful and polite!

I sadly don’t have her name, but the receptionist is extremely nice and professional. No one else could get my vehicle in for well over a month, and they got my vehicle in the day I called! Also while it’s still being assessed, I was called and left messages with updates on the process! They sure make a stressful situation way better! I’m so thankful I found this place!

Would definitely recommend using this business. They are fast and professional, definitely keep you informed of everything going on. Also shout out to Jill Coleman for the fantastic customer service.

I had to have work done from a separate claims and they did a fabulous job. My car looks wonderful.

Was rear ended at an intersection, causing 10k+ damage. Thankfully the car was drivable and Caliber worked with me to make sure the parts were ready before the scheduled me in. Once I took my car in, the staff was wonderful! Even helping me contact the car rental agency when my car did not show as scheduled. Texts each day (my preferred method of communication) kept me informed on findings as well as progress. Even after finding additional damage, they were able to repair the damage and return my car to me a day earlier than scheduled. Very happy with the work, the service and the communication!

Had a wreck, swore I had rental reimbursement only to find out I did not. My times of frustration and despair came through more than I’d like to admit, even with that happening Donna was absolutely amazing! She kept me informed, was friendly, professional and patient with me! Will definitely be using Caliber again in the future! My car looks wonderful!

Excellent work. It helps that they pre-ordered the parts then scheduled the repairs. This ment we were without our car for a few days instead of weeks.

Fast and friendly service. I will be using Caliber Collision again for any auto body repair service. I highly recommend them. The part (trim piece that was damaged by a rock) for my truck arrived quickly and they had me in and out of the shop in about 10 min. Thanks Jill for all your help.

They took a very long time to complete due to reported supply chain issues but the owner/manager Jill and the rest of the customer service team went out of their way to make sure I had transportation while I waited. The car looks great and they didn't overcharge my insurance company which is why I was referred to them. I would definitely recommend them.

I was close to caliber collision an noticed my tire was going flat. Pulled into the service bay an they fixed my tire quickly an efficiently. If I ever need body repair will definitely come back!

They did a very great job on my car when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. They kept me updated and was finished with my car in a week.

My car got rear ended and I was pointed into the direction of Caliber collision they fixed it as good as new friendly staff and excellent service I do recommend they will get you back in the right track!
