Great service! What made this experience so much easier for me was all the help I received from Dotty at this location. She went above and beyond in every aspect.

Repairs were done well. Took a little longer due to parts issues, but I was kept in the loop and informed of the delays and was understanding of the situation. I appreciated the extra communication and would recommend this location.

Had two separate accidents within a span of 3 months unfortunately. First repair was at a different shop and the second i came to Caliber. Night and day difference. Caliber looks to accommodate their clients in many ways such as offering to drop you off at a rental place whenever you leave your vehicle. However what made my experience so pleasant and the reason why I'm leaving this review is the customer service i received here at this location. My service advisor Dariela Tapia really went above and beyond her abilities to make sure we had a hassle free experience. Not only did she keep us updated on the repair but she was really proactive in making sure our vehicle was just as good as before the accident. Really rare to find that kind of service, definitely would recommend her and this shopto anyone looking for repairs.

Our daughter recently was involved in a car accident. We elected to take the advice of our neighbor and visited Caliber Collision. My wife and I were graciously met by Dariela “Dotty” who was very thorough in the inspection of our car. She was very detailed in explaining all the work which would be done. We received updates constantly while they worked on the car. My wife was impressed and very pleased with the result. When we picked up the car, it was like picking up a whole new ride. Highly recommend! Customer services was SPECTACULAR!

As a highly recommended company by top insurance companies, you surely do NOT value your clients personal property. I'm very DISAPPOINTED with the way my vehicle was returned. This is not the way a customer should be treated after my insurance company compensated you with $5,938.05 in repairs. How dare you be so inconsiderate with poor judgment to return my car on EMPTY with 6 miles left! When my vehicle was 3/4 full. Then not to even communicate with me and wait until I get in the vehicle to find out.
Do you always return vehicles without gas when it had 3/4 of fuel?

Highly recommend this shop. Everyone from the two ladies at the front desk to my advisor, to the multiple employees just walking by all checking to make sure I was being helped when they saw me waiting. My advisor was extremely helpful in answering all questions and being available to take all my calls. Service was handled in a very reasonable time from what was quoted (actually a day early). Even had the Shop manager greet me on pick up day to verify the service I was given was to my expectations. I’ve had decent experiences with body shops in the past but the level of service this shop provided was A+. Thanks Caliber Collision.
