Caliber Collision reviews
18Excellent service. Came in for a front bumper repair. It looks immaculate. The service was the BEST. Highly recommend.
They took wonderful care of us here and we really appreciated the time and attention they gave to us and to our car. We had regular communication with Chase as our car was being fixed and he explained everything in detail. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend them!
Calibur collision did an awesome job on my car after an accident. They communicated with me during the process and accommodated my schedule. They were great at working with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and taken care of.
Got my son's car fixed after an accident. They kept me updated through the whole process. Had the car done in a timely manner even through the ice storm delay.
This is an excellent place for collision repair. Great people, very informative and keeps you up to date on your vehicle status.
Steffanie was very helpful and made me feel confident that I would get a quality job and kept me updated throughout the process
These people made an error during the repair of my vehicle breaking parts of its electronic devices that were working previously before my taking it in. Causing the repair date completion to be moved back after lying to me about It be ready on time. Which caused issues in my personal life.
I had a collision repair done in September at this location. Everything was great, except one tissue. I was told they had to wait on the fender liner part, but would keep me updated on when it came in. I have contacted them via text about every 2=3 weeks to check on the part. No one has contacted me first; I have had to reach out each time since September. I keep being told that they are still waiting on the part and there is no ETA. We are now about to be at the 4-month mark and still no fender liner. The last message I received was almost a month ago on December 6th saying they were calling the supplier, but no update to let me know anything. It is very frustrating as this seems like an extremely long time to be waiting on a part. Also, no updates, unless I am the one reaching out to them. I called corporate and there are no options for customer service, just a recording allowing you to schedule a service.
Friendly, helpful and professional. The work they did was amazing, and I got updates regularly on the process
Had to have frontend repair work completed after an accident. Great customer service and they kept me informed throughout the process.
Excellent service. Went above and beyond. Chad was very helpful in addressing any concerns I had about my truck. They did an amazing job!
Was amazing, very on top of there game. Amazing customer service and very quick at getting your automobile back to you.
Good service, easy to work with, friendly. The whole process of my repair was easy and stress free.
High quality repair look as new. Vehicle ready for pickup four days before pickup date. Keep me updated every day.
I tried to get an estimate. In the past, the people were always very friendly.
The receptionist was very rude. She told me that I could not get an estimate until the end of October. I will not be back.
The repairs and paint to the body of my truck were great. I have no complaints in regards to that.
My complaints would be that there is almost ZERO communication throughout the process. Week 1 I got a text message with very little detail. Week 2 the same. Week 3 I had to call for an update. Going into the 4th week I had to call and got fed up waiting for them to figure out why a service light was coming on. I was told it was ready to go aside from that so I just picked it up and the light never came on.
Tonight I went to put diesel in my tank, and the freaking tank nozzle wasn’t bolted back into place. It was just hanging. The only thing holding it in place was the bottom of the truck bed and it could have very easily fallen down and got caught under the rear tire. It’s the “little things” that keep people as repeat clients. Poor communication and the lack of inspection of work is why I won’t recommend their business. Next time I won’t go anywhere based on my insurance’s recommendation. It was my first auto claim, that’s my fault. But please, do your homework before deciding who to trust with what’s keeping you on the road.
Terrible job. It took over two months and the repair is still not right. Avoid Caliber at all cost. It would take too long to describe the problems. Just take my word for it, AVOID CALIBER.
9/13 I want update my review. Although there were difficulties getting the job done, Caliber stepped up and resolved all of the problem to my satisfaction. New rating 3 stars.
