Great work. If you got dings on your car, they will handle it. Might be a bit pricey honestly. But it's worth it if you love your cars like I do lol.

I got rear ended. Took my vehicle here to repair the dent and my trunk not closing smoothly like it used to. The staff was informative (I’m big on customer service) they were approachable and I was informed of every step of the way my car’s repair process was going through. They made everything go smooth, from letting the rental company know I was there the day I dropped off my car, to the day I got it back. My car looks line new, trunk closes like it used to again, and painting looks great. They made sure it was what I expected. I got my car sooner than I thought. Very pleased with their service!

Took my daughters car in to get drivers side fixed from an accident and it still looks brand new. Love the service. Giving thanks to Adrian.

Called in to see about getting my car repaired, then they kept me on hold for awhile and next thing I hear, is someone pick up and then hang up with out saying a word. And I called another caliber shop and they were even worst, I was on hold for THIRTY MINUTES, just to ask if I can take my car in to get a quote bro. I can only imagine what the rest of the company feels like to deal with, but I ain't going to even try to do business with them.

Cosmetic repairs were done to my car and was given a delivery date of 2/7. The car was fully repaired on 1/27 and the car looked as it did coming out of the lot. You couldn't.tell that my car was hit.

This location is the best in town. The best body shop in El Paso Quick and excellent service; they kept me updated every day. They offered a lifetime warranty on their service. Customer service is excellent; everybody was great, but I recommend Albert, who was my service advisor!

Caliber Collison on Zaragosa did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, were friendly and professional, their shop was very clean and neat, and they even assisted me with a payment issue with my insurance company. Good job!

Dropped off my vehicle over 4 weeks ago and originally told me it would take a week and a half to repair. 1st off no updates were given and it took me having to call every couple of days to get updates. Not only did they order the wrong part (radiator) but they also gave me to completion dates and so far both have passed. Still have not gotten a call from my advisor and I have to reach out to them to find out my vehicle is still not ready. This will be the last time I use them for repairs on my vehicle we and I can not believe that State Farm uses them as a trusted repair shop. Totally not up to par

I either visited or spoke to 5 other local bodyshops before I decided to go this this particular one, they were either too booked up (45 days out), not satisfied with their explanation or the overall customer service feel when I visted their shop. However, Adrian my service representative explained to me the process over the phone prior to me making the decisionto go with this business. The shop was able to receive me 24 hours after I called and spoke with them, set me up with a local rental vehicle. Within a week and a half, my vehicle was done, showroom ready as promised. Very happy with this business and the professionalism that came with it.

The Caliber team was amazing, Danny (very handsome) was great. He helped explain everything to me. He explained in great detail and helped me understand the complexity of the repairs my Cadillac needed. Adrian also very good looking, called me consistently and made me feel very comfortable with my car being at the shop. I have had 0 issue since I picked up and if I ever need help with my car again, I will ONLY go to caliber collision.
