Best body repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Rhonda was the best, Her updates and communication skills were Superb, concerning the process of the repairs. They made my car look like I just drove it off the show room floor.

Great location, clean facility, excellent staff and on-site car rental. Huge thank you to Maggie, who was so kind and instrumental in getting my first-ever insurance claim assigned to Caliber and repairs scheduled right away. Every business needs a Maggie!

Frustrated with the time lines! Gave our car on 10/16 for service and today we were informed that we have to wait for one more week. The reason they provided us was that the paint got hardened due to the weather. Unbelievable! It's terrible to be without a car in TX!

Raymond at Caliber Collision was great, got my car ready on time, excellent communication; vehicle looks like nothing happened to it.

Tony and Maggie were fantastic. Tony went above and beyond in communication with our insurance and made sure every repair was covered, even one that was initially denied but really needed a diagnostic to be sure. Maggie was cheerful and efficient; she made my rotten day much better!

It was overall good experience. But the communication could have been much better when delivery delayed because of parts shortage!

They fixed and returned the car within the promised timeframe. Very neat service and love the updates throughout the process!

I experienced bad service from store in multiple ways.a) When I dropped my car for body repair, I clearly specified that my insurance doesn't cover rental car, I spend money on rental car every day and requested them to complete repair as fast as possible, however the response was cold and they didn't even see my car for 2 days b) After waiting for over a week, they gave an update that a part is back ordered from dealer and they didn't even make any attempt to procure it from some other source (until I followed up multiple times) c) When I went to pick my car, I observed a dent on front, which their team didn't even notice (until I show them). D) Car was giving blind spot indicator error and Caliber team didn't even see it. After learning about these many issues, I am not even sure, if other stuff in my car is handled in professionally or not.

Maggie helped in my time of despair. I was stressing while driving down the road. I called and Maggie told me to bring my car in. She and Carlos helped me get situated. Maggie was so calm and I wasn’t. Thank you, Maggie.

I highly recommend this caliber from the rest Maggie the front desk person was great and my adjuster was updating me on my vehicle thanks for fixing my vehicle fast.

My experience at this location was fantastic. I had an accident and was having a very hard time getting any communication or guidance from insurance about my claim. Lesley immediately started working to help get my situation resolved, and Carlos offered to look at my vehicle right away and confirmed that it should and could stay at the collision center. They helped me get a rental vehicle and start to get things moving with my claim. It was so comforting for the staff at Caliber to be so helpful, kind, efficient, and professional.

After my full experience, I would like to add Raymond to my review; he was a wonderful service advisor who was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the repairs to my car. He was easy to get in touch with if I had any questions and made sure all issues were resolved. The new paint looks fantastic and the car is as good as new!

Our service advisor Raymond Smith went above and beyond in communicating the process and status to us. The shop itself is clean, organized and professional. Should we need the services of a collision repair shop again. I would not hesitate returning to this Caliber location.
