I had a great experience here. The whole process from start to finish was great. Antonio was very friendly, very professional, and communication was excellent. My car was ready a week before expected so that was definitely a plus in my book. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents, but I definitely would recommend this location. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I’ve unfortunately had my car stolen two times in the span of 60 days, and both times I’ve had my car repaired at this Caliber Collision. Their service is quick, they communicated with me the whole time throughout the repair process, and they even gave me a ride after I had my car dropped off. Big shout out especially to Tony for making sure I’m being taken care of. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this Caliber Collision for any car issues you’re having.

Had an amazing experience considering I had just had a horrible situation happen to me (car crash). The team was helpful and reassured me they would do everything they could to make this go by as seamless as possible. Great job from all of them.

Had my car in for minor door issues from a friend backing into in the driveway. Anthony me service coordinator was great! I was never promised anything but I feel that was a great thing. I got my car back looking good as new! I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

Great Place to have body work done on your car, plus they cleaned a. Vacuum my car. Did a Fantastic Job on fixing the body work that somebody did in a Walmart Shopping Center.

I had gotten into an accident and decided to take my car to this location. The service was friendly and highly efficient. My service advisor (Antonio) called me with updates as they came and he was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The rest of the employees had great customer service, 10/10 recommend. I'm more than happy with the service I received at this location.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Everything I could have asked for was addressed (including things I hadn't considered/anticipated). Incredibly professional, fantastic body work, consistent updates. A rare business within San Antonio in all the best ways.

Worst customer service. I was told my vehicle was ready when it was not. When I informed them that I had been waiting for almost 2 hours i was informed that i might have to drive back the next day. Then i was told that my truck was being clean. When truck was finally delivered it hadn't been cleaned nor washed they had just sprayed water on it. To top off the manager followed me out and somewhat apologized and informed me that if I give them a great review bring them a copy I would then get a free car wash.
