Excellent work. Bumper, hood, grill, and right fender were damaged by a piece of metal in the Hwy that hit the vehicle while driving. Ruining the car items mentioned. My car looks brand new.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I got into an accident with my Audi RS5, with a decent amount of damage done. From the moment I came here, I knew I was in good hands. I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin, who is by far the most responsive, understanding and easy person to work with, not to mention her extreme effort when it comes to attention to detail. I am very happy with how my car turned out and if God forbid I get in another accident, will definitely be coming back. Her and her team are all great people and stand behind what they do. Highly recommend!

During a recent visit to Houston, some bum was breaking into cars, got chased by cops, ended up evading arrest in his car and ultimately pinged off of 3 cars leading to his arrest. My 2018 Mercedes C43 was the last one he hit.

I filed a claim with GEICO immediately and scheduled an appointment with Caliber in Roanoke for Tuesday, the day after I got back. The collision rep that handled my case was Caitlin and let me tell you that this lady is a god send and goes above and beyond. She treated my car like it was hers. The structural integrity of door was comprimised so It needed a new driver side door and work on the quarter panel. She explained to me everything that needed to be done, that I didn't even have to speak to an insurance rep once, and estimated the delivery in 3 weeks. Everything she said was 100% accurate. I didn't speak to one insurance adjuster or GEICO at all for that matter. My car was delivered back to me in 3 weeks on the dot. And it looks brand new.

On top of that, there was a little incident where they scratched some of my tint. Caitlin had the tint redone and took it to get a full detail on her dime because of the mistake. She goes above and beyond and I am super grateful for her and her teams effort. If you are reading reviews trying to decide where to take your car, this is where. Ask for Caitlin. She is great at what she does and an even better person.

Literally the worst.
We have been waiting over 5 months to get the repairs done on our vehicle. We have made MULTIPLE calls. We never receive any updates at all on the status of our vehicle.
We dropped it off 2 weeks ago to finally get the last repair done and had not heard anything at all since then.
Called today and was told 'they are aware of our vehicle' but had no update or any information at all to give us other than our advisor no longer works there and someone else will have to get back to us.
To make this clear: they have had our car two weeks, done NO work on it, fired our advisor, forgot about our car, and never gave us a single update.

Then was told we would love our new service advisor. Nope. Don’t think so. As she hasn’t called us even once while they’ve had our car for 2 weeks.
This has been our experience throughout our entire process with this company.
Find somewhere else to go.

UPDATE: called again this morning and finally reached the manager who
acknowledged that, in fact, she had no clue our car was there. It has sat for 2 weeks with no one doing anything to it.
We took it in for an APPOINTMENT THEY BOOKED WITH US!

She said she takes full ownership of the situation, but she did not call us to let us know the situation and didn’t bother with communicating anything to us until I called back again this morning for an update.
It is extremely poor management to not even know what is going on at the site you manage.
Our car could have been stolen off their lot and they wouldn’t have had a clue!
Now they need another 10-14 days to complete the work.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANOTHER PERSON.

I was sent to Caliber Collision by an insurance company because their insured repeatedly hit my parked car with their driver’s side door and there was damage. Caliber Collision repaired my door and I was quite happy with the outcome. Thank you.
