Callaway's Carpet, Abilene TX

Met with Steven. Picked a carpet for our new home. He told us he would measure house that afternoon and get us a price the following week. We never heard back! He was too focused on his fishing trip he was going on the next day and completely forgot about us. Our business went to Menke Flooring!

We just purchased new vinyl plank and carpet from Callaway’s. We originally planned to get bids from several vendors, but Rhonda made us so comfortable and we found exactly what we wanted! The guys did a beautiful job installing it all, and the one concern we expressed was dealt with cheerfully and to our satisfaction. If you need new floors, go to Calllaway’s! Ask for Rhonda — she’s the best.

We had Rhonda wiith Callaway help us out deciding on a new floor. She is great, never got tired of all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Great sales staff and the guys that removed and installed our new carpet were quick and professional.

Poor customer service. Appointments not kept, installers given erroneous information which did not allow them to install at the appointed time. I called to speak with the manager and he did not seem to be the least bit concerned with the lack of customer service. I cancelled our order and will be going elsewhere for any future flooring needs.

Quality customer service and product. When I first called they were willing to give me a pall park quote over the phone and current numbers based on the style and quality we were looking for. When we were ready to move forward, Rhonda came to our house the next day, took measurements of all the rooms, and had a quote to us before lunch. Install day: 2 very nice, polite and professional gentlemen removed all old carpet from 4 bedrooms and installed new in a little less than 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even offer to help move some of the smaller furniture back into the rooms we had moved out before they arrived. Fair prices and, most importantly to me, awesome customer service! Thanks to Rhonda and your install team for a job well done! Highly recommend!

We have done business with Callaway’s for several years and would not buy from anyone else. Rhonda is a super person and so efficient. Danny is a great installer and has a good crew. They put four rooms of carpet in for us today and they are really good workers and very conscientious about their work.
