They have the best plant selection, the staff is always available to give expert advice, and the entire nursery is gorgeous year round.

Manager at this location is very rude. Tried to spend a lot of money on a water feature with delivery and installation. He couldn't be bothered to stop what he was doing to simply quote a price. Kept stalling and putting it off. Employee didn't know answer. Manager looked past me twice before saying he had to go make a phone call before he could help me. I left. The Lewisville location is further away but the people are more helpful and it has a wider variety of plants. I spend on lot of money this spring at the Flower Mound location, but never again.

The staff at this location is terrific. They’re friendly & extremely knowledgeable. I’m much closer to several other locations but drive the extra miles to shop here.

Wow. Linda is literally the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a Calloway's. I’m sorry that I’m not an old rich white person. Obviously you have to look a certain way to shop at this Calloway's. I will NEVER come back to this location. If I wanted to be treated like a freak I would go to a circus.

I had a wonderful experience here over the weekend. I was looking for some hanging basket plants for my back patio, and a large pot to sit by the front door. The employees in the nursery were super helpful and made some great recommendations on flowers based on my unique sun exposure at the house. Will definitely be back

The Calloway’s at Flower Mound are amazing! Both the manager and assistant manager and every employee is just so willing to help. New to Texas with a white canvas in our backyard, they first greeted us with cold water in a hot summer North Texas day! Then, referred us to the service of landscape design which was awesome! We have continued to add additional areas in the backyard and Mr. Ty and Mr. Dylan are always so amiable and knowledgeable. I have been introduced and become addicted to several plants: ligustrums, abylenes, banana plants, yuccas, nandinas flirts, peaches.you name it! Their delivery crew was so respectful and courteous.they answered several questions and doubts I had about a few of our plants. My youngest daughter came out yesterday to our new backyard and said: Mom, this backyard is looking like the Calloway store! ️️️ thank you and keep it up! Keep the great work and treating us the right way!

Way over priced compared to other area vendors. Called for planting soil and mentioned the fact that they were charging 2-3 times more than area vendors - they didn't care.

New shipments. I didn't have to choose from already picked over product. Reasonable prices already with good sale price on top of it.

The actual place is nice and has a good variety of plants, but when I called to ask a couple questions about what they had, I was hung up on once and the next person that answered acted like I was wasting their time.

I wish I could live here! Excellent selection of literally everything, and the level of customer service is out of this world. Prices are great, too. Highly recommend!

I'm new in Flower Mound and needed new potted plants, tools, decorative pots, & herbicides. Found everything I needed, plants were 1/2 price. Very helpful lady, Linda checked me out & gave me bottled water.
I'll definitely be back.

The variety & quality of plants & accessories is good at Calloways; although, the prices are somewhat high if items are not on sale.

A good place for garden plants and supplies. Knowledgable staff and good selection. Their prices are usually higher than you can get elsewhere, but sometimes it's worth it. They'll send you regular emails notifying you of sales if you want.

Wonderful chain of plant nurseries that offers a large variety of plants, including house plants. They are not cheap, but the plants are beautiful and the customer service is great. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program for discounts by email and mailed coupons. They have something on sale every day. In addition to plants, they have lots of pottery options, seeds, fertilizers and more.

Great selection and knowledge staff. This place is always well stocked with colorful plants and trees.

Pleasant place for lawn and gardens. Plenty choices of vegetables, flowers and assortment of lawn ornaments. Enjoyed the beautiful stroll through the Spring plants.

Very disappointed about how rude one of the employees were. I only called to ask a simple yes or no question, but instead I received a very harsh, judegemental response. I called to ask if they sold netting pots and Matt was very nice to put me on hold to ask someone else for help. Afterwards a lady (who I didn’t catch the name of) answered very rudely saying she’s “been in the business for 30 years and she has no idea what I’m talking about. ” Once I explained what it was for she said they have nothing to do with that and hung up. I was treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about so she was superior and didn’t have time for me. It was only one yes or no question. Couldn’t be more disappointed with their customer service.

Great variety of plants. Some items were pricey compared to Lowes & HD, but more to choose from. DO pack your patience at the checkout, especially on the weekends.

The young-ish lady cashier with black hair in a bun was too busy talking to assist me with questions. When I said something she brushed it off and went back to her conversation with an employee about home life.
