Pastor Bunjee is such a thorough in-depth teacher, every study is thought provoking and captivating. So blessed to have such a loving church and community to call my own.

I Love my Church! CSA is not for the faint of heart. You will be challenged and convicted at times. Iron sharpens Iron.

This was my first time trying this church out.

Their Merch is actually really cool so 3 stars is for the merch.

The church is inside of a shopping center next to a Dollar General so if you forgot to get any cheapo Halloween Decour you can get it right next door.

The pastor had a super monotone voice the entire time and started driving home this message about the 3rd day that Jesus rose……that basically began sounding like he was arguing with himself?

Meanwhile while I was in service my son was being forced to read Bible verse after Bible verse the entire Sunday school time and when he dropped his doughnut was admonished for dropping it and not given another one.

Most Sunday schools offer games and a few verses not this way: they read the Bible the entire hour he was in there! He’s 8. That’s a lot for them.
I used to teach Sunday school at 3 major church’s here in Austin: I would never get mean or rude at a kid for dropping a donut.

The guy that was singing coulda really used the help of a strong female vocal as he was stuck in the same pitch and same note the entire time and his rhythm was waaaay off:

I hate to say anything bad about anybody that’s trying to bring a message of God to the world.

That’s not what this is.

I will never be going back to this church simply because of how the pastor voice was and how he basically began arguing with himself at one point it was so weird and the way my son was treated:

It’s not that hard to be kind to children.

“Suffer the little ones to come to me For Such is the kingdom Of God! ”

It felt very trapped like once you were inside you MUST STAY HERE SITTING DOWN…. And the lights are way too bright!

It gave me a headache to have that much light in my face during worship:

So, they need to turn them way down so that way people can actually get into their praise and worship and aren’t being stared at if they do decide to rock and sway and wave their arms.
Dimming the lights allows us to feel safer to have a release or pray and not feel like others are staring at our form of worship:
.

Never have had to give a church a bad review but damn!

Also it was such a small church the pastor coulda greeted me and he purposely steered right passed me.

That was odd:

I expected to meet and greet and shake his hand and maybe that woulda kept me interested enough to hang on to the bland voice:

Not very personable place over all.

I do understand they are trying their best.

But hopefully these tips help them get into a place of growth for all visitors:

And to be more welcoming!
