Calvert Hearing Care, Allen TX

This being my first experience I was very nervous but the doctor (Dr. Clay Mainford) was very comforting and explained the process, after some testing it was determined that I needed some help (I already knew this of course) but tests where needed to confirm. Clay showed me how to use the equipment and was very thorough. Great personality, highly recommend him. Very happy I chose this office.

Kaylee is always professional and friendly when I arrive for my appointment with Dr Joe. Dr Joe is excellent and has made such a positive impact on my quality of hearing. Dr Joe has been extremely thorough during the process to help me understand the type of hearing loss I've experienced the past 18 years. I only wish I would visited them years earlier!

Dr Mainord was excellent as usual. Explained all the options I need to consider since my original warranty is about to end.

Made an appointment for a standard hearing check, given my age and past exposure to loud concerts and firearms.

The doctor was incredible. He was friendly, personable, asked a lot of great questions to get the proper context and the hearing test process was simple but thorough.

He was open to questions and made sure I understood the process, any concerns I had, and my experiences.

He explained the results of the and provided a plan for future visits when appropriate. I won’t need to go back for a few years, but he didn’t try to get me to do more than what is appropriate and necessary.

Called and spoke to Kaylee at Allen Texas location and, even though my phonak hearing aids came the VA Audiology she still was a true profession and walked me through some basic troubleshooting steps over the phone to get my hearing aids back up on bluetooth working properly and being seen in my andriod phone.
