Great store. My only complaint is about the clothes themselves, which I realize is beyond the store's control. CK used to carry a great selection of dress shirts and ties, both in bold colors, and slacks, all for a thinner body type. Lately they have just a few dress shirts in nondescript pastel colors, black, and white. Otherwise, the store is predominantly jeans and silk screened tshirts.

Hopefully you can find help from an employee who is not talking to another employee and leaves the customer standing there until they finish their talk.

Initially was just browsing then I asked about military/veteran discounts and the customer service rep mention an additional 20% off if I signed up for email correspondence. I appreciate the info

Was told I couldn't try on close because loss prevention said to shut the fitting rooms down for the day, which meant the clothes I had couldn't check how they fit and had to leave them. Very inconvenient considering I live 6 hours away and here in the area on vacation.

For people what is a marker, but everyone has their opinion, in other places cheaper but without the brand

Service was quick when I stopped by. Excellent range and quality of products.

Awful. Biggest Jean size was 33" waist and all items seem only catered to small women. The shop isn't stocking a reasonable range for plus sized women and apparently feels it isn't necessary to do so according to staff. I was planning on spending good money but the store hasn't entered the current century apparently.
