Calypso Apartments, San Antonio TX

Daughter resided here less than a year. Upon visiting I also witnessed bugs. These apartments are ROACH INFESTED. Read others comments. After finding roaches in her bed she moved to a hotel. She then paid over $1000 to move and end lease without ruining her credit. What a great way to spend your last year in Grad school. Manager will say well it's crumbs etc.stay away from this disgusting place.

Abigail, Dillon, and William are top notch. They make this apartment complex feel like home. The Interiors are beautifully remodeled and maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Highly recommend you consider this place.

Top notch staff and very friendly! You can tell the difference here with the nice updates and remodels as well. There are so many apartments to choose from but Calypso is head and shoulders above the rest! The team of Abigail, Dillon, and William go above and beyond for the people that live there. If you are looking for a great apartment and a place to call home, I definitely recommend Calypso!

I recently helped my niece move into these apartments. I was impressed by them. The apartments are under new ownership. They have all been recently renovated. They are very clean and modernized. While helping her move, we met several of her neighbors. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It’s a welcoming community. It’s also at a great location being close to the medical center and to the freeway. You can’t go wrong living there.

Abigal is truly amazing.i have lived here for now going on 1 year her and the maintenance always take care me, they are very responsive and truly care about there tenants and do as much as they can to ensure i have a good living here. Its been safe and very worth the rent price very quiet! Truly a amazing property manager to work with, and property to live at.

This apartment complex is becoming one of the best in this neighborhood! The management team is the best you could ever ask for.

The Office Manager Abigail is very smart, knowledgeable, understanding and professional! The Maintenance Team Dillon is also very helpful, positive, professional and polite! He just fixed my AC unit Immediately after I requested it. Never have to wait for any maintenance issues.

They are the reason why I recommend this place. They made new parking lot, fixed the fence, built new Laundry room, renovated the apartments, cleaned the pool all the time to make Calypso Apartments a better and safer place for a lot of people. They held lots of events/pool party for residents. They even sent HEB gift cards for holidays and birthday cards for residents! Again, we really appreciate the management team and recommend this place to everyone! - Sonja and Daniel

My uncle lives out here. I do like the floor plan. It's perfect for him because he really doesn't have that much. Just your basic furniture. It is a quiet environment in which I was surprised. I am looking forward to hanging with my uncle for the day out there and really finding out about this place.

Abigail is always smiling and willing to work with any complications. It's been a pleasure living here!

The management is great! I have never had a problem with the office like other apartments I've lived at. Abigail is amazing and always worked with me from the application process to the day I moved out! Even helped me with an early termination of my lease with no problems! 10/10 would recommend.
The apartments themselves are nice and have new appliances!

I do not recommend. New appliances but they forget to inform you that they’re infested very bad with roaches. Ruined all my belongings. And if your ac goes out, expect it to take about a month or so till they fix it. Poor communication.
