So many years of great apartments, amenities & neighbors that when I moved I had to stay within the neighborhood!

Beautiful property feels like a small mini town in a huge city. Rachel is GREAT she explained everything really well and made sure to follow up with us after the tour was over. Her service was amazing. We ended up not signing a lease due to an offer we got at our current apartment but will definitely be coming back after the lease ends.

First day of move in and can’t access the building. Complex uses app to allow access and no one can enter any of the buildings exterior doors.

Low quality apartments for the price. Lived there for a little over a year and parking garage elevator never worked. They only gave excuses while letting residence go up the stairs with their belongings. Mail packages are always getting stolen. Random people walking through the complex since they don’t have security. Vehicle stolen on my 2nd month in and multiple people vehicles were also vandalized. If you are looking for a safe community. Look elsewhere. I never write reviews but this complex isn’t worth the money.

So far everyone has been so helpful with helping me lease here. Karina is very good at responding in a timely manner and making sure all my questions and concerns are answered.

Really great communication from leasing agent. Front office was very helpful and process was fast paced. Security gates working consistently is great.

I have leased many apartments and rented many homes and have to say this is by far the worst establishment I’ve every lived at. Dog feces everywhere, doesn’t pick up trash on time, extremely and I mean extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff in general. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else.
