Camden Greenway living is a relief in many ways! GREAT Location, BEAUTIFUL landscaping, LUXURY apartments, gym with LOTS of equipment to choose, MANY pools to choose, Levy park next door for the kiddos to play and the doggies can play.

The leasing agents are always smiling, friendly and welcoming. Michelle, Isabella and Junus make you feel at home. The maintenance team is friendly and take care of business fast and prompt. MAINTENANCE free! Love it!
The management team take care of business as needed. Top-notch service!
What a great team of people to do business with thank you from our family.

My fiance and I have been living at Camden Greenway for two years now, and we have loved every second! Michelle is one the Leasing Agents, and she has been so great with helping us get all of our questions answered. She has great response time, incredibly kind, and knows a lot about Camden! If you are looking to sign, get with her to answer any questions and tour!

I don't even know where to begin.

First of all, moving in is awful. It's extremely difficult to access any of the apartments with a moving truck, so be wary of that. Also, I wasn't quite ready to move in the day I signed my lease, and they said they would charge me extra for not living in the apartment. I don't even know how that makes sense.

Second, it's so expensive. You're forced to pay for cable that doesn't work. I pay $118 for internet and cable and the cable has not worked once in the 7 months I've lived here; the internet cuts out every single night.

If you're unlucky like me, you'll be paying an arm and a leg for a patio view of a dumpster and a highway. The dumpster is always rank too so I can't use my patio. The highway is so loud and the windows/walls do nothing to muffle the sound. I also am awoken all throughout the night by the gate opening and closing (when it works) right beneath my bedroom window.

You have to use a third party website to pay rent. They messed up on my autopay this past month and never drafted it, so the office charged me $150 for THEIR mistake, and then made ME reach out to the third party company to see if they could waive the late fees because according to the leasing office, it's illegal for them to drop the late fees. Nothing was done and I was left to pay an extra $150. When they agreed to let me pay on the 15th since you can only pay the full amount due, not a partial amount, they still put an eviction letter on my door. The letter said I had to vacate by the 14th, but then the office said actually I don't have to vacate by the 14th. I have NEVER been late on rent and I'm being treated like a criminal. They've been cold, heartless, and downright mean about the whole issue.

After this, they tried to tell me I had to pay a $500 deposit and $30/mo for my ESA. Then they said they have their own ESA paperwork that has to be signed by a doctor even though I have a physician's letter already.

None of this even covers the constant theft and the fact that they'll happily tow your car if your tags are expired. But they won't do anything about the fact that peoples' tires are being stolen.

I am so serious when I say please, go live anywhere else. This place is nightmare fuel. If I wasn't disabled and I could afford it, I would move as soon as possible.

I have had a wonderful experience moving in and living at Camden Greenway the past few months. I love my new home! Charity has been absolutely amazing at making everything easy and enjoyable and welcoming me. She helped a lot with the move in process and is always there if I have a need or concern. Out of all the places I’ve rented, this is by far, the best experience I’ve ever had.

*Edit: This place changed management recently. It has been a 1-star experience with the new people. Rules, rules, rules, hope you like rules if you want to live here. Crackdown! They are watching you everywhere. At the pool, at your balcony, your dog, they know you by name and they will call you. If you slip up, LEASE VIOLATION. Remember who’s in charge here, it’s clearly the Management TEAM.
I miss Charity and the old group painfully.

Also, hope you like WEED! The whole place smells like WEED every night! And the landscaping sucks! Nobody cares about this place, except for your money and your rent!

I toured Camden Greenway with Kirby McGriff and it was a wonderful experience. Kirby is so personable and upbeat. I could tell that he genuinely loves his job and wants to make sure that visitors and tenants are happy.

Camden Greenway is a beautiful property. I immediately fell in love with the landscaping and the trees. Everything was clean and well maintained. The gym was my favorite amenity with 2 floors and plenty of machines and equipment. The multiple pools are a nice touch as well as it’s close proximity to a local park.

I think this would be a great complex to call home.

Don't move here. Your car will either be stolen or left with no tires and if not for one of those two reasons, you or a family member/friend will be towed by the community for one reason or another. Expired Tags? Towed. Have a friend visiting for an hour, and they park on your floor (where there is an AMPLE AMOUNT of spaces available) instead of the very top "guest parking"? Towed. Camden Greenway cares more about towing away the innocent victims who live here than putting an end to all the robberies. You would think they would take away access to these unnecessary 3rd parties but instead they will just claim there is nothing they can do about "Houston Crime" - but this place is obviously just a known, easy hot spot for these thieves.

Junus was a great help to me and my mother while we were touring the site. He answered all of my questions that I needed answered.

Security is extremely lacking. The office is extremely slow to respond and when they do respond it is as if you are an inconvenience for them. Expect at least a two day TAT for threm to contact you. The maintenance staff are great and that is the only good thing about Camden Greenway. Leasing staff and management are disengaged and only concerned with filling units. Once you're a resident, they will not bother with you anymore. There is crime everywhere in a big city but it is a recurring problem at Camden Greenway. My car has been vandalized twice, even with their claim of having onsite security. One security officer is not enough for the four garages that are onsite. They'll just tell you that it is Houston and leave it at that. They rarely send out crime incident reports unless residents post it on the apartment forum. It's a dishonest policy and not transparent. The gates are constantly broken and the garages are in a bad state of disrepair. The corrugated metal decking seems to be failing and the concrete is crumbling around the turns in the garage. It has turned into patchwork fixes that end up crumbling a year later because the structural problem is never addressed much like the crime problem. Bandaid fixes only go so far.

Kirby from Camden greenway was very patient and helped us choose an apartment satisfied and we moved in fast and very smooth. The apartment looks great!

There has been no attempt to resolve the issue and that is disheartening

Camden Greenway has truly insulted me and the lack of response from two calls to corporate further explains why no sense of urgency was placed on the staff. They do not care, this is NOT the best place in the NATION to live

This apartment needs a lot of maintenance and updates. My electric bill was consistently $200-$300 for a one bedroom. I’m at Camden heights, and my electric for the summer is $107. The pools and gym are nice, but I was over it consistently seeing people complain about each other in the leasing office. It was a negative environment. Thankful and happy that I moved

Probably best living somewhere else. Get your act together Camden, respectfully. Hire an on site officer, get more cameras, more lighting. You clearly know what to do, you have a portfolio of apartments nationwide. Id recommend any future residents to steer clear. No, crime has no zip code, 77098 just has a lot of it.

Was going to transfer here to save money from my current Camden apartment but this place is scary.

Safety is a big issue. I am not a current or past resident, however I was a prospect giving myself a tour of the property because the gates were wide open, so I figured might as well! While on my way to park to in the visitor parking, I saw 3 cars with missing wheels. After researching on Reddit, apparently Camden Greenway is notorious for crime. Do not move here!

I wouldn’t recommend Camden Greenway to anyone! My apartment flooded last week. I was there (thankfully) when a pipe in the bathroom broke. It took maintenance OVER 40 MINUTES to get there and assist me! At that point my apartment and the 2 units below me were completely flooded! Camden says it’s my responsibility to cover relocation costs because it was “an accident”. And that I perfectly and comfortably could have stayed there while they fixed it!

When Ramon the operations manager told me I had to pay $2,000+ to move to a different unit, I was SHOKED! I am glad I fought for what was fair. The unit that I moved to had the fridge and A. C broken. It’s sad that the facilities are literally falling apart. A broken pipe is not an accident, is just proof of how old and not well taken care of these apartments are. According to Texas Law the cost of everything associated with this problem is RESPONSIBILITY of the landlord. I shouldn’t be responsible for any “deductible fee”. I can’t wait for my lease to end.

I've lived at Camden Greenway for 3 years, and it started fine. The amenities, the apartment and the staff are decent. The members of the leasing office changed over my time as a tenant, and in my experience, it was all downgrades. You may be received with a smile, but I never felt like they were there to help you for real. And lately, if you were part of the community website, you'd check that they were changing a landscape in front of peoples apartments, without informing the tenants. So be mindful that your apartment might change without you knowning. Leasing staff is bringing my review down 1. On the other hand, the maintenance crew is superb, and they deserve 5 stars for sure. Average of the complex, imo, 3 should be fair enough.

Last month, my family has been moved in this complex and I realize this complex is really amazing!
All of agents in the leasing center are kind and considerable, especially Michelle is really great staff in Camden!
