I had a virtual tour with Nadya, and she was super helpful! She did a thorough tour of the apartment unit via FaceTime, and answered all my questions about the unit, and the community. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the tour, and the community as well!

I love living here. The building is older, and it can show with peeling paint, flickering lights, and in the carpet. But none of that takes away from our experience. There's a ton of space to walk a dog. Our neighbors are super cool. A lot of people say hello, even with masks on. But my wife and I love the staff most.

Alyssa was super kind and caring to our kids. She got them excited about our living room closet by calling it a superhero cave. She let our puppy go crazy while providing treats. And she sent a staff video congratulating us on our new baby. We're moving out to have more space for the evolving team, but I promise we'd stay for the cool people.

This is the best apartment experience I've had.

I retired in March 2020 - the week the Covid-19 shutdown was mandated in California. Our Texas departure date kept getting pushed out. Due to moving company challenges, the actual move-in date changed three times.

I found Camden Huntingdon online and based on the website photos decided to call. I spoke with Rachel who immediately "got me. " She sent photos of an apartment with the same layout as ours. She took photos of the entrance to our apartment, the patio and the view from the patio.

The mover's ETA was sooner than we thought and Rachel and her team came through for us once again. Our son lives in the area and we wanted him to be able to pick up our keys. Rachel arranged for a Facetime call for us and our son, I emailed our permission, and he picked up the keys the next day.

Never have I worked with a management team as professional, warm and welcoming as this one. Never have I lived in an older community (it's 20 years old) as well maintained as Camden Huntingdon! The attention to detail and to our needs is unequaled. Thank you, Camden Huntingdon team!

Nadya is my favorite.with manager lady. They're super sweet and helpful. I feel very comfortable with Nadya she's always response me right away.

I can’t speak on living here because I haven’t, but finding out information to lease was very pleasant and it was all because of Nadya. She was very informative and had no problem answering questions about the apartment and property as well as just general questions for apartment searching. Loved her!

We recently flew over to Austin last weekend to hunt for apartments, since we are moving soon. We had pre-booked a tour for Saturday, 06/20. However, we got a call on Saturday morning saying that they are "busy" and can't accommodate us in that time frame, despite the fact that our booking was confirmed. We got done early that day, and thought we should give them a second chance. We called them up and they asked us to come over.
Outside their main leasing office, they have put a banner advertising three options (live tour, self-guided and team member guided). So I started entering the door, but it was locked. Nadia saw us, came to the door, and asked us to "Step Back". Ohhhkkaayy. If you are not offering team-member guided tour, why are you advertising it all over the place? She gave us the keys, asked us to go over to the apartment and come back. Her attitude was nothing short of derogatory and rude.
We toured the apartment and came back. Upon coming back, we were unable to enter because another lady was busy on the phone, and we had to sit outside in 100 degrees, waiting for her to get done. It would have taken her 30 seconds to take their keys and let us leave. I was so flustered with this experience that I even forgot to hand them the keys. And I guess they wanted nothing to do with us, so they didn't ask either. However, the next day, I made it a point to stop there on my way to the airport and hand them over the keys, since Karma will eventually get to their behavior (don't know the exact reason, and I don't want to insinuate).
I visited 12 apartments that weekend and never did I face this kind of rude and unprofessional behavior.

The office is amazing, Bryan in maintenance is the reason we have lived here for so long. He works very hard and does a good job. Alyssa in the front office is amazing as well. So kind and keeps everyone up to date. We have lived here since 2017 and only have positive things to say. Jenna in the district office is kind and hard working. Great team and great people

Alyssa and Katie are absolutely amazing. They light up the office and make you feel as if you are family. The community manager, Shelby is kind and helpful. Assistant manager Rachel and the other lady a Nadya have both been rude and unprofessional.

The community is well kept and crime hasnt been as high as it used too. Parking is still a mess and there have been no improvements there.

Overall the community is worth the price

The community has had an increase of crime since I moved in. The office team makes empty promises about improving security. Community manager was not even on site for the incident and according to another resident she has not been here for almost two weeks. Rachel and Alyssa in the front office have been very helpful. Rachel sent out an email with information about the most recent crimes. (Our mailboxes were broken into for the second time) and information that they contacted the Austin police and had security updates coming for this year. I called before the email was sent and spoke with Alyssa who was very nice in explaining Austin police had already been notified, and they had a video of the crime occurring that they were giving police. She even informed me of where mail was being held if I was affected.
While the crime is picking up the office team does their best in trying to inform residents of situations. However if you can live with a car break in here or there, or a chance of a mailbox being broken into this is the place for you.

I lived in this apartment for 3 years and only had to leave because I moved to another state. The people at the leasing office and maintenance team is amazing. They respond to your issues or query on time with a lot of patience. The staff kept changing but they always maintained a culture of keeping the residents their priority. I also want to mention, there was an increase in crime around that area, but Camden kept their residents informed and tried to do every possible thing to make them feel safe. The apartments are nice and luxurious. It is a gated community, have a small gym and a nice pool.

I had a wonderful experience moving to Camden Huntingdon. From the very first meet with Rachel till I got the keys it was a smooth ride. I thank Rachel and other staffs in Camden Huntingdon who made this possible and I really wish they keep their standard like this always. Thanks once again).

Reducing 2 stars from my review due to the ongoing thefts in Camden Huntingdon. Even though their service is good, the way they handle theft related incidents is more of reactive manner than a proactive basis. There are several burglary attempts and other theft incidents which is causing concern for the safety of the people living there.

They are on top of service requests and super friendly. The only issue I had was at move out. 60 days is the time frame for move out which normally is 30 days. I was out of the country and had issues with my 60 day notice getting sent. They were working on quotes for me and didn't communicate over the phone at all about the notice other than emails which I didn't have access to. I had to pay almost 2 months rent which turned out to be $2,000 when they had another tenant already living in the space 2 weeks after move out. After being with Camden over 3 1/2 years really saddens me that they didn't work with me much. It put a super bad taste in my mouth, as I have never had this issue the past 7 years living in an apartment.

I just wanted to write a review about Camden Huntington and my experience. My Daughter is looking to move into an apartment in the Camden Huntington complex. The Complex was nice and well maintained. The maintenance workers seemed very nice as we walked in and were greeted by them and the leasing staff. We toured with Alyssa Reynolds who was super helpful. Being a worried mother, I had tons of questions and wanted them answered to a T. Alyssa was there for us with any questions we had. I think between my daughter and I we must have called her 20 times, but she was happy to answer any questions we had and quick to respond to any emails we sent as well.she is an amazing worker and loved meeting with her!

Today there was a snake outside my apartment and Camden did not help in any way possible.

I recently moved out of Camden Huntingdon only because of a life change. Throughout my time at Camden I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. More specifically Alyssa R. From asking how my days were to helping with my notice to vacate and move-out. I even emailed her once I left the apartment and she invited me to visit if I was ever In the area again. The maintenance team is also amazing. Quick to respond and they fix everything correctly.
The apartments are really nice for the price point. The pest control services don’t always visit your apartment when you ask. But if you call the office they’ll make sure they come back out.

The community is decent, loud neighbors make sleeping difficult but it’s apartment living. Car break-ins seem frequent but management promises new cameras and safety meetings, that’s appreciated. Overall office staff is welcoming and Alyssa Reynolds especially has been nothing but exceptional. The maintenance tram is quick and efficient.

Decent value for the price and in a good location.

Walked the Property will my friend Andrew in search of his new apartment.and I just wanted to say that the staff and leasing team were fantastic. Everyone there at the property was nice and attentive any questions he or I had was answered.shout out to the person that toured us Alyssa, she was AMAZING! She made the process fun and light had a great time walking the complex with her and would highly recommend her to any of my friends looking for an apartment!

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I highly recommend Alyssa Reynolds as your leasing consultant! She’s very friendly, always puts your needs first and she’s a great person to confide in. She gave me advice before a big interview and helped to calm my nerves. Bryan and Vilma In maintenance are also amazinG! Both super sweet and fix everything correctly the first time!

I have been living here for about a year and a half. Love this place. Never had an issue that the staff could not help with. The office staff are always friendly, especially Alyssa Reynolds who is always ready to assist. Only semi-compaint is the parking spots in front of my building are very cramped.
