Camden Northpointe Apartments, Tomball TX

Brittney Got us our new place today Best experience ever. Have went somewhere else and treated us bad and just unwelcoming and today was the day. We came in the morning and right now at 4 pm im moving all my things over. Apartments are great love them! Pool is huge and has all the accessories for legs chest all the dumbbells set. Make sure you guys come in check them out and ask for Brittney!

I wish i could give 0 stars. This apartment is horrible. Nothing but issues with management over the 2 years we lived there. They don’t let kids play on the side walks with chalk you can’t store anything on the porch. Also in the middle of a global pandemic they don’t answer the phone to set up payment plans for damages caused by your animals. Then turn around and send your to collections just for the manager to say “ you should have been more proactive” after you’ve called multiple times a week with no return calls. Absolutely trash. I will never recommend anyone to live there.

This place is amazing! One of the best management staff I have ever worked with! Would recommend this for anyone looking for their next home. Very safe and friendly. Gym is perfect and grounds are always clean.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years now. This is by far the best community that we have lived at. The team in the leasing office are incredible. Christy and Sarah have always made themselves available to answer any question, help us with transferring within the community or maintenance requests. All concerns are answered promptly. They are constantly maintaining the grounds and looking for ways to improve our quality of life! We will always recommend Camden and suggest that you ask for Christy or Sarah!

Buyer Beware……Moving to Camden Northpointe has been a horrible experience. When I first moved in, I had to have the patio cleaned and painted because of dog smells from the prior tenants. Next, I had to wait for hot water in the master shower for three months. When my lease was finally up, I was charged $130.47 for moving out six days early and charged for carpet $479.72 that was installed in 2014. I almost forget about 15- 20 cars being broken into throughout the complex within days and weeks of each other. This is just another example of the Fleecing of America. I a Registered Nurse dealing with COVID-19 risk factors daily. I can not afford to pay fees that I do not owe. I do not recommend this community or any Camden Communities.

I’m moving from the Woodlands and I would like to live at the Camden! The reviews are great! Can’t wait to come see what you have to offer. My expectations are very high! See ya soon

I have not lived here too long and there already has been a constant pattern of break in and robberys. I'm honestly scared as a female to live here. Security does not seem to be important to management!

My car got broken into and i called and told the apartment complex all they told me was crime knows no zip code and that they have cameras on site.if that was the case people wouldn't have their cars broken into on a monthly basis. The point of the gate is to keep people who are not residents out, but it is broken half the time. I wouldnt recommend living here.

Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance crew is great. However corporate office constantly makes decisions that take away value for some. Add concrete to the dog park. Stick to a "technology package" from att that often has performance issues if it works.

Parking here is out of control.parking permit and towing does not exist here even though before you get through the gates it states Towing Enforce but sadly no. People park where ever they want now. Only thing good about this place is the Maintenance Crew they get a 5 star from me other than that this place sucks

Been here for 2 months like every single thing about it from the staff and all the friendly neighbors if you have an issue they are quick to respond

Went to go look at apartments this weekend.the Camden seems like a very quiet place they’re staff is very friendly and Megan was very helpful at showing me around.

Finally I am moving out and saying goodbye to this dump of a place. If I can compare this community to something it will be a car dealership. In the beginning they will bend over backwards to satisfy you so you can buy a car (rent a unit) then once you sign that contract, you can kiss all that excellent customer service goodbye. It doesn’t exist here. In my opinion everyone in the office needs to be retrain on what it means to have customer service skill.

My husband and I recently came in to inquire on an apartment. The front office staff was absolutely amazing! Sarah really took the time to answer all our questions!

I visited the community last week and Lherisse was so kind and helpful. She was able to answer any questions I had and was very patient with me. I’m still looking around in the area just wanted to shout out excellent customer service!

Great amenities, friendly neighbors, and friendly staff, if you need anything go see Megan in the office, she's always willing to help out!

I love these apartments and everyone that works here. They make you feel welcomed and at home no matter what

Absolutely love living here. The staff is so helpful and maintenance is prompt about helping IF there's any issue. I also really love that all the apartments have two doors for entry. Makes it feel much safer to have an external door, then the patio, then the door to the apartment. Great place to live.

My husband and I moved here Aug. 22nd and we are extremely pleased with Camden Northpointe. The ladies in leasing have been very helpful and patient. Very professional. The maintenance department are the best I have ever encountered. I love how clean and maintained the grounds are. We also picked Camden because they are transitioning to a smoke free community. We plan to stay here as long as possible. Thank you Camden Northpointe!

I recently visited this complex and I really enjoy my experience there. The apartments are really nice and well kept. The whole staff was really friendly especially Megan.
