Camden Rainey Street Apartments, Austin TX

Camden Rainey Street has a great location, top of the line amenities, and the units are very nice. However, I think the best part of this building is the staff. The leasing agents are super friendly and helpful and maintenance is always quick to resolve issues. Specifically, I want to give a shoutout to Katie who has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to make us feel at home.

The leasing office staff are very helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The maintenance team are friendly and efficient. Apartments and amenities are luxurious and location is top notch, right in downtown and just mins away from lady bird.

Great community! Friendly staff and helpful and proactive maintenance crew. Camden at rainy is the place to live if you enjoy top of the line amenities, night life and living spaces! Floor plans are large and you are right in the middle of the action! Cannot reiterate enough how friendly and welcoming the community and staff is.

Toured Camden Rainey 12/12, the leasing staff Katie & Leigh were very friendly and helpful helping me choose an apartment home. I’ve leaved at Camden in the past; you can not fail with their great customer service. This location is also located in Downtown Austin off Rainey. Great area.

I absolutely love living at Camden Rainey Street! I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and it’s been amazing! The amenities are great, the maintenance team is always on top of any requests, and the staff is so friendly. (shout out to my girls Leigh and Katie) Definitely recommend living here. If you are looking for a great luxury apartment then look no further. Camden Rainey is one of the best communities in the city. Perfect location, pet friendly, great amenities. The Camden staff & maintenance team is awesome. They are great at getting back to residents in a timely manner!

Had the easiest move-in experience ever thanks to Katie and Leigh! They were so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The location, price, and comfort Camden is como se dice… unbeatable) Residents are very friendly too, and the street noise has not been an issue at all!

I toured Camden and moved in a week later. The staff made the move-in process so easy. Katie was my leasing agent and she answered my questions promptly and clearly. Katie is very knowledgeable and her positive attitude made me excited about the move-in process. I highly recommend working with Katie, or any of the leasing staff because they are all well-informed and helpful. They clearly and transparently explained the monthly rent price by giving the price with all costs included. The only surprise for me on the lease was the $130 mandatory move-out cleaning fee, but after moving in and seeing how clean the apartment is, I understand why that fee is there. The apartment was very clean when I arrived and the move-in checklist I was given prior to my move-in was easy to follow. I live in a A3 unit facing Rainey St and I will say you can hear music in the living room every night, but I can’t hear it from the bedroom if the doors are shut.

Katie has been amazing and very helpful. We toured on Friday, signed the lease on Monday and moved in by Tuesday. The leasing agency has been super nice to us. Highly recommend living here.

I love this place! I have been living at Camden for some time now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect.

The apartment itself is spacious and very well-maintained, with modern amenities (THE POOL AREA IS GORGEOUS!). The location of the complex is excellent, with easy access to all the restaurants and bars on Rainey St.
