Camden Spring Creek Apartments

Apartment as a place to live is average however beware that Camden Spring Creek charges on top of what they quote as apartment pricing.
There are mandatory charges like "technology package" - you are forced to take that if you sign the lease with them.

We cleaned the entire unit to our complete satisfaction, and was surprised to see additional charges on top of holding security deposit. We were OUT OF COUNTRY FOR A MONTH before checking out on final day, and there is NO WAY food odor required a hefty ozone treatment. I have photos and videos to show the quality of unit on our last day. Re-paint for entire unit 100$ - this is crazy. We have been charged during move-out.

Earlier, I have been told that garage can be cancelled monthly and later when I stopped by to cancel, to surprise, I have been told that garage is tied with yearly lease.

It's better than few other apartments nearby, however from my personal experience, I won't be recommending to my friends and would think twice for the $ and value.

We're coming up on 8 years living at Camden Spring Creek which says a lot on its own. Early on, we decided that if we ever relocated, we would seek out another Camden property based on how awesome they are here.

Maintenance is spot-on. John is an incredible manager of his team. He's always quick with a joke and I believe has been with this community since it was built. His pride in it shows. I love them all. Ricardo especially is so kind, and gentle and helps explain things in a way you can understand.

The management are very professional and I feel like our privacy is important to them. Cara, the assistant manager, has been here just as long as John.

Earlier this year, I started falling out of love with living here. I met with the manager. He took notes, listened to my thoughts and came up with ideas to make living here awesome again. The best part is that he followed through on his promises within a week.

Regarding Harvey. As soon as the water receded, there were honestly 30-40 people starting work, the next day, even more. They did awesome on rehabbing the affected apartments, no sloppy shortcuts.

I really wish accessing the bike/hike trails in The Woodlands was easier. We checked out other complexes actually on the bike trails, but for the large apartment we have, and all the other perks. 2 minutes and you are on the freeway, We're staying.

We were living here when Harvey hit. We moved away for 1 year. We returned because of the updates. We absolutely adore Cara and John (maintenance).

I have to say this apartment complex is hands down nice. Have been here for a month and liking it. The management staff is amazing. Especially Cara, she ia the reason I wanted to rent here. The maintenance is great and repairs anything you need same day. As a first time renter I am truly happy.

I've lived here a few years now and am very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The office and maintenance staff have been excellent and responsive. The community is quiet, well kept, and overall is a great place to call home. Most of my conversations with the staff have been through Cara, and I highly recommend talking to her if your looking for a new place to live.

Camden is a great place to live. The grounds and common areas are clean and well-kept, and maintenance is incredibly fast and responsive. I have never had neighbor issues, and the office staff has always been prompt and helpful with whatever I have needed. The renovated apartments are beautiful and are a joy to live in. I would definitely recommend this complex.

I made a phone call to Camden Spring Creek apartments and I talked to Daniel the Community manager. I told him about my needs and even though their apartments were not a good fit for my budget, still he went above and beyond to help me find other places for me to reach for a better option. He send me all the tools I needed via email for me to search for a place. I cannot thank you enough Daniel for all your support today. You Made My Day! =)

I spoke to Maria at Camden Spring and she was very polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even went above and beyond. She exudes true Customer Service.

The facts: its not a perfect community, but it far exceeds the competition.

1) Camden staff HEAR and RESPOND to community needs. Since I have lived here, security has been an issue. However, management has put in a significant amount of effort in order to improve safety by installing smart locks on all apartments, installing additional exterior site lighting, and hiring security. Just be a smart resident: lock your vehicles and don't leave anything valuable in plain site. They also allow you to purchase a security system if you so choose.
2) Maintenance is very responsive. When there is an issue, large or small, the staff has always responded within 48 hours of our requests.
3) Parking is sometimes difficult late at night, but Camden staff are responding by providing additional reserved spaces that are available for monthly rental.
4) The grounds are well taken care of, with pet stations within a reasonable walking distance.
5) This complex flooded during Harvey. Camden probably won't tell you this unless you ask about it directly. Living in a first floor apartment, I can attest that there is NO evidence of flooding, and NO issues with mold or mildew. The first floor apartments were thoroughly renovated and show no evidence of past flooding.
6) Sawyer Park across the street occasionally has outdoor concerts that last until midnight. It's not outrageously loud, but has annoyed some residents. If you have concerns about noise, I would lease an apartment towards the back of the complex.

Overall, living here has been a very positive experience! Definitely recommend.

I wanted to wait a few weeks after moving in before writing a review to get the whole living experience and leave a complete honest review.
We’ve been living here for almost a month now and I must say I’m so happy to have chosen this place, it’s been completely opposite from my previous experience at Park at 505 apartments which was horrible, DO NOT MOVE THERE!

I got to thank Maria Leite from the office who helped us with the leasing process and made the moving experience so smooth for us. I was out of the country at the moment with no roaming, so we had to do everything via email and I was impressed with how quickly and responsive she was to every single one of my questions and concerns. In just one day everything was ready for us to move in, which was the very first glimpse of how good the service is. The other ladies at the office are great also, they have answered the phone every single time I’ve called and they have been willing to help me and answer my questions.

We love the place, we chose one of their remodeled floor plants in the first floor and I got to say it's very nice, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and quartz countertops. Apartment is clean, well kept and spacious.

You open every door trough and app on your phone, the gates, mailroom, gym, even your apartment door you open with a code of your choosing, no keys needed. I was skeptical of this feature at first because I’v heard in a lot of places people having problems accessing their apartment with this new keyless system, and my concern got real the first day when we tried to access the apartment, the latch got kind of stuck and it wouldn’t open with the app. It was around 8 or 9 pm and we called the 24/7 support service and in less than 15 min Junior Medina, a member of the maintenance team showed up, replaced the whole thing and we haven’t had one issue since then. So that’s another positive point, maintenance is responsive and quick and it’s 24/7.

Common areas cleaned, well kept, neighbors are quiet. Most of them have dogs but I don't see dog poop around most of the time. Valet trash 5 days a week. Gym is 24/7.

Even though we don’t pay for cover parking and our apartment does not include a garage, we haven’t had any problems with parking, we got home at 10pm once and still found a parking spot close to our apartment.

On the downside, apart from rent and valet trash is mandatory to pay for this internet/cable bundle. I would have like to have the option not to pay for the cable part because we don’t use it, but you just can't. I honestly don’t mind that much, considering all the other good things this place have, I see it as a little extra I pay for the outstanding service and great features.

I’ve also seen quite a few residents complaining about amazon packages being stolen, that seems to be and issue here, but it has not been my personal experience though.

Other than that overall is a great place, you won’t regret moving here!

Since I called the complex to ask for information Randall, Stephany and Maria were super professional with us. When I meet Stephany in person she made me feel that I was making the right choice. She was very patience with my family. I will always going to feel gratitude with her for helping us when we did know what to do, since it is our first time leasing an apartment.

The most actively engaged leasing office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced. They take every aspect of living here personally and are always on top of every problem. They have made living here such a positive experience!

Beautiful property, amazing staff, and great location. I was shocked at how friendly and helpful the staff was during my visit. I usually look for all the negatives when apartment searching, but the worst thing I could find here was the complimentary bottle water wasn't cold yet lol. Very kid/family friendly. You won't be disappointed here!

I've been very happy with Camden Spring Creek. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive. One day, my dishwasher stopped working. I put in a service ticket online before I left for work, and I had a new dishwasher within a matter of hours. The front office staff is courteous and professional as well. I feel safe and LOVE the ease to get on I-45.

The maintenance crew is wonderful here! They've always completed our requests incredibly fast! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, we've lived here for almost 4 years now in two different apartments and have enjoyed both!

This beautiful and well maintained campus is only topped by the amazing staff that’s on board here. We’ve lived here for 2 years and every interaction with management specifically Cara, front desk Specifically Maria and maintenance Specifically Junior has been above and beyond. Their professional yet friendly demeanor lets me know we chose the right home. I recommend anyone looking for luxury living at non-luxury prices to look into moving into Camden.

As a several month resident of Camden Spring Creek, I can honestly say it is the most pleasant and comfortable place I have lived in decades. Not only is the property itself excellently maintained, it is plush and has a genuine resort feel. But the key is the on-site management and staff, who are both professional and highly attentive. As an example recently I was in the hospital and had a problem contacting my sister who lives with me. I called the office and they unhesitatingly did a "wellness" check for me, going to my unit to check on her.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and relaxed place to live. And it has a genuine sense of community, with easy means to get to know and interact with other residence, if that is what you seek.

At the very least you owe it to yourself to check into living here. I don't think you will regret it in the least. I certainly don't.

Lived at Camden spring creek for 2.5 years. Place is pretty nice. Only thing I hated about it was how unsafe it was. My truck was broken into once and so was my apartment. There is no security. Would I recommend a friend? No.
Note: cars are broken into there regularly.

Big shout out and acknowledgement to the maintenance crew. My AC was not working at all last night (after 10pm) and maintenance responded in a very timely manner as always and fixed the problem last night. I really appreciate all the hard work that you all put in, in making sure we are taken care of and especially after hours. Thank you again:)

One of the best apartments I could have ever lived in. Unfortuantly I had to leave the community when I moved states in November. But I will be coming back soon and will be leasing with camden at spring creek! Amazing staff, but one stands out in particular. Maria Leite, she helped me through the process of signing my first ever lease, made the whole process easy and made sure I understood everything cleary. Since I am moving back to the community soon, I was so excited that I am working with her again. One of the best employees they have!
