Camden Victory Park Apartments, Dallas TX

Very bad experience with the property. Towed my vehicle for 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS (as a resident) for parking in a reserved spot when I couldn't find general parking.
No communication from building after day 1 or day 2 as to reasons why vehicle was towed, and nonchalance from building manager when I went to complain.

The maintenance team is amazing. Quick and responsive to service calls, friendly, and attentive. Hildo was kind, helpful, and completed my request quickly! Thank you!

Loved living here for a year and a half. The only part which is sort of troubling is getting back home during a game and the car thefts. I personally wasn’t affected by it but there were a lot.

Anthony Wright is the man! He came and got me all squared away this morning and I loved how he radiates so much positive energy. Glad he’s part of the Camden Community!

Booted my car and charged me $150 for watching the stars game at my sisters apartment. Ridiculous

The parking here is atrocious for visitors. Totally unacceptable. There’s like 6 spots for visitors to park for this giant complex. Bad development imo.

The Maintenance is amazing. Quick to respond to needs and service request. Specifically Anthony Wright has been very helpful in resolving my maintenance requests. Very friendly and fast acting

Great environment, very modern, but perhaps a little too "smart" for its own good. Staff are respectful but ineffective at resolving any issues. Maintenance crew is awesome very responsive and friendly. Package thieves everywhere here and getting deliveries is a huge hassle. Not the worst apartments but I'd look for anything better.

The Maintenance Technicians (Anthony, Santiago, and Hildo) are absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and professional, and genuinely care about the residents and our happiness. 10/10 maintenance staff

Worst management ever! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE OR ANSWER PHONES! Property is trashy and completely unappealing, security is horrible so many break ins! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Management gone downhill. Originally a great place to call home for over 4 years, recent personnel changes have been a real detriment for the community.

My car was shot in the parking garage with over $4,000 in damages which resulted in me choosing to terminate my lease citing ongoing safety concerns. Even after all of this, they are still attempting to nickel and dime $300+ out of us in move-out charges with poor communication and threats for collections.

Edit 12/6/2022: without any email responses to my questions about the charges, Camden property management referred the account to a collections agency.

Edit 1/3/2023: even after stating they would return our AT&T equipment after our move out date, they ended up sending us to collections a second time. Beware of Camdens predatory practices. This has been a 4 month horrendous ordeal and wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

They say they care about their residents while they move-in, happily work with you to move to a more expensive unit, but they will make no compromises once they have you locked in.

+1 star for the amazing maintenance team that serves as the only reason this building is still standing.

LOVE living here. The staff is amazing - from Leasing to Management to Maintenance all 10/10.

Just had Hugo and Anthony stop by on CHRISTMAS EVE to help me with an issue with the AC. Stuff will always go wrong, anywhere you choose to live, but there's real comfort knowing that Camden has the service to back it up:)

Don’t know where to start but Jose is hands down the reason for this 5 Start review. I’m not one to leave reviews but this man makes you feel at home from start to finish. He’s treated us amazing from the second we toured Camden Victory Park. We are sad that our lease is ending early cause of life things that called for a move outside of Texas. Jose if you’re reading this PLEASE come with haha

Facility is nice minus a few things (mainly my ocd) but we have LOVED calling this place home and are sad to leave.

Hey Jose’s boss you have a great one on your hands! He is an amazing person! I’ll always remember him speed walking in and sitting down at his desk before our tour wiping sweat from his forehead saying he just saved someone bird haha not all superhero’s wear capes
