Rent is too high there. Have a friend with a 1bd there and he pays right at 800 a month.

This apartment complex committed fraud and still has yet to reply to my countless emails and calls regarding my deposit back. They keep saying they will send it to me via mail but nothing back. This was to addressed back in October and still no refund or communication back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible place to live. Was there for almost 3 years & it never got better. Had over 7 different ladies working in the office from the time i moved in- to the time i left, no one was ever on the same page, they couldn’t keep up with our rent, our utilities. They didn’t communicate amongst each other during each transition so it was simple on us residents. It’s sloppy, and unprofessional. I have not lived there for over 2 months now, and have received a bill from them in the mail for over 2,800$ At my new place of residence- because they haven’t closed my account or notated my move out date at the time of my departure. The most tacky place I’ve lived in. Don’t recommend.

My experience living here has been horrible. This apartment complex has gone through 5 managers. No one will return calls or emails! No one is ever in the office. They have added fees that are not supposed to be there and trying to get these issues resolved has been a nightmare. I have sent email after email requesting a call back. I left voicemails to have someone call me back. I have had to hire an attorney to help me get out the lease that they didn’t even enter correctly into their system to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone. They are over priced and outdated. The back patio does not have a lock they will provide a stick to use as security. I now have mold from a leak that has not been fixed. The ac is constantly going out. Heater does not work to this day.

I have been a resident September 2021. Management was great at first. Now we’ve had three different property managers, and nothing is getting done. I’ve made multiple calls to talk to the managers about all the lit cigarette buds being thrown in the bushes, and neighbors having leather couches on their porch. I get no answer, and nothing is being done. I cannot even pay my rent because nobody is in the office. The portal has been done for months. I cannot get ahold of anybody in the management company. This place has really gone down hill. I need to be able to contact someone about my concerns and get an answer. Tony is still awesome though!

Myra has been really helpful and a joy to be around. Maintenance gets right to your problems when you have any. I absolutely love my apartment. Not to mention the little extra activities they plan.
