Camino Real Apartments, San Antonio TX

Absolutely awful. This place is horrible, staff is disrespectful, and they charge for pest service but we always had roaches. We moved in because we were struggling and it was the cheapest place. We quickly found out why. The apartment was filthy when we moved in and we weren't allowed to see the apartment prior. We lived there for 4 years and we had a "deluxe unit" because it had a fresh coat of paint haha.
When we moved in we reported a bubble in the floor and they said not to worry about it. We did worry as it was getting worse and it began to get damaged over the years of wear and tear. We reported the spot multiple times but Felicia said we didn't have to worry about it because it's considered wear and tear. I wish we got that in writing because when we moved out they wanted us to pay for the floor and we said no. Camino real then decided to hire a company to SPAM calls to my mother and I until we picked up. Once we picked up the phone they sent the bill to collections and we lost over 90 points each on our credit. You have been warned.

I am going on 3 years here. It is a wonderfully run complex. With 1300 units - what they do is amazing. Pest control every month, a/c filter replaced, yard maintenance every week, trash pickup every day except weekends, if you have any issues- they are there to fix it and fast. I have had everything running perfectly, I have all vinyl flooring and it cleans so fast. Marisol has been here for a very long time- she is a jewel.
I rented a home for 8 years in the Stone Oak area, it was a nightmare- never saw one person from the management in 8 years! I love my screened porch that backs up to the green belt- this place is amazing- I will be here a very long time.
