Camp Bow Wow, Austin TX

The Bow Now staff was kind and welcoming, answered all my questions and really made me comfortable with leaving my furry babies for the day. The web cams were also great to see the dogs having fun and playing, although they are blocked by outdoor canvasses, so could be better placed. I will be leaving my dogs again for a longer 5 night stay, and I am no longer worried for them. Quite the opposite, maybe they won't want to come back home after having so much fun!

I've only gone through the interview process and all went smoothly. Riley was a little nervous but he had a good time. His smile on the certificate said it all. I didn't get to see him on camera but i'll take him back for a short stay before I leave him for 5 days. My only issue so far is the drive on interstate 35 and the entrance. I wasn't sure where to turn and had to circle around the interstate again. So.the location is a concern for me.

The staff is amazing! Best doggy daycare/boarding staff I've experienced. My dog sleeps by her daycare bag whenever she sees it out and packed. She's very clingy to me so I'm surprised that she runs straight to their doors and is ready to leave me whenever I drop her off. It's obvious they love on her a lot.

We use Camp Bow Wow for daycare and boarding and have had good experiences. I like there are day care cameras and we can check in on our dogs while they are there. Only 4 stars because when you walk in there is a wet dog/ urine smell.

Wouldn’t take my dog. Kept saying not up to date with vaccines even though they were all sent and verified. Vet has even agreed. Wasted my time and ruined my entire morning as they were rude and not accommodating. I won’t bring my dog here or any of there locations ever. I wouldn’t recommend

Staff is attentive and help. My pup loves this place and is always well taken care of. Pricing is also fair and reasonable.

I love Camp Bow Wow and my dog loves them even more! The staff are kind, friendly, and most importantly, genuinely care for their guests. Thanks for loving my pup! She looks forward to Daycare!

Love camp bow wow and so does our dog! Favorite things about boarding here is that we can see our dog on the cameras and the doggy report cards that they give at boarding pick up. Love being able to see how he did and how he ate while he stayed there. Definitely recommending CBW to any dog owner in need of day care or boarding!

Today was their first full day! Super friendly staff! Awesome cameras to watch them play. Harley and Rylee are exhausted and happy. Definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow!

The staff is wonderful at Camp Bow Wow. Super friendly, helpful and caring. They make it easy to drop my dog off for day camp when she needs some Canine fun.

Being able to see the doggy’s on Cam. The staff are very Professional. If I ever have any questions, they always try their best to answer them.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. The staff are very loving and sweet. It relieves a lot of stress when you can see your dog have fun. I went on a 3 week trip and boarded my Dogger there. When I picked her up she was extremely happy to so me but was still so loving to the staff members telling them good bye. Says a lot.

My pup Nando LOVES going to camp - He literally jumps with joy on our walk to the car on Camp Days! Nando can be a little socially awkward, but the employees at Camp Bow Wow make him feel right at home, and I feel more than comfortable as a pet parent knowing he is being so well taken care of:)

The staff failed to inform me that my dog was attacked. I picked up my dog to find 2 bites punctured through her skin. Call me a crazy dog mom but I think that's pretty unacceptable. I found the wounds while I was inspecting her body when I got home.

When I asked the staff why wasn't I notified, they said this was a mistake on their end. When the tape was reviewed, they stated my dog (Stella) was attacked by a gate aggressive dog.

The staffed apologized and offered a free day of day care. But I never went back. I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog in the care w/ them after this.

The staff seemed to genuinely care about the well being of my pet. But it still wasn't enough for me to take my dog back. They DID banned the gate aggressive dog, which is why I am giving them 2 stars.

Love the staff and their love for dogs. Our dog loved the place and I could use app to see our boy real time.he was having a ball (literally)

I have had nothing but great experiences here. We have boarded our 2 dogs here several times and the front staff has always been very accommodating and responsive with any questions or concerns I have. I love the report that we get at the end of each stay. As well as the webcams in the play yards so I can check on the dogs while I’m away!

I like that you are very convenient with very open and available hours for drop off and pick up. My dog always has a great time and is treated well. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, communicative and accommodating. Thank you for being there when we need you.

I have needed to board my canine companions more frequently than I would like, but I feel great leaving them with the CBW crew. Over time, my pups have come to love their stays and bonded with the staff, who show them genuine care, concern, and affection. They welcome us with open arms and go above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend them!

Camp Bow Wow Austin is the best! Our dogs Ava and Lucy love going to play with all of the other dogs and always come home happy and tired The best part is the staff! One of our dogs has terrible anxiety issues and everyone is super understanding and helpful! The staff truly cares and I know our dogs are in good hands at Camp Bow Wow Austin.
