Campbell Portable Buildings, Lumberton TX

We met Steve when he delivered an exceptionally challenging cabin in 2021 down a steep grade and onto a raised foundation. Later we had issues with the foundation shifting (due to Mother Nature and not his fault) and Steve was nice enough to make several trips out to the property for adjustments. Later we bought a building from him and he took the time on what we needed and delivered it quickly. Lucky for Steve it wasn’t down the steep grade again! We are super happy with the customer service at Campbell’s portable buildings, quick delivery and quality buildings.

Steve and Carla went above and beyond to help us order our first home! They were both very helpful through the whole process and answered every question we had. I HIGHLY recommend ordering your building through them!

I can’t say enough about this company we did not purchase a building from them, but we did need a building to be moved and it was located in Livingston Texas This young man Joseph was early and busted his butt and was extremely detailed and precise on making sure everything was going to fit and move properly. He did not make a move without checking it twice and ensuring that what you purchased to have moved stays intact. My father & I were blown away, there’s just not enough good things to say…. Will definitely be using them in the future for any and all endeavors that require a portable building moving …

Hands down wonderful people! These new owners have a moral compass and they use it! Unfortunately, the building didn't work out for us. I just had to leave a well deserved review about their character: honest, hard working, and loving people.

So my elderly mother purchased through them and have jumped through hoops to get this tiny house finaced and 4 weeks later cant be delivered! I understand we are in a pandemic but the delay was due to the older gentleman running the location.
My mother was offered a refund from corporate and appreciate them stepping in. The poor delivery guys worked in the rain to deliver the tiny house.
But.even to get the tiny house to the property was a struggle with the lumberton location owner "Tom".
He came out to our property and called my mother to give her a list of outrageous things. Like having our gate polls taken down because he felt like the truck could not fit! Even tho we explained to him Gracelands 18× 40 made it through just fine. Still we removed our gate just to get it done.

If we could do it all over again I'd just buy her a trailer and have it delivered the same week. The locations owner/sales person "Tom". I feel that he has a terrible attitude and ego. And felt that he could
treat my mother and I anyway he wanted since he had the payment!
Very poor customer service and bad customer care through that location!

These people were very cordial and helpful during our buying process. No pressure and helped us decide which building, size and color was right for us. Their delivery man was knowledgeable and did a good job locating the building on our property. I would definitely recommend them for anyone. We did all our business at the Lumberton Texas outlet. Thanks for a good job.

The lady running the front office was about as sweet as you can possibly get. Give her a raise, she’s an asset! She was very accommodating to my handicapped mother and was so pleasant to be around.

Lots of variety to choose from with very reasonable prices. Looking for something to use as a camp. I do wish they didn’t have curtains hanging in the larger green modem home with the furniture so you could see inside after they’re closed. The photos aren’t great since they were taken through the window but thought I’d post anyway.
