Extremely knowledgeable staff. My sale associate was Marcus and he was very committed to getting me exactly what asked for and not pushy about things I didn't ask for. The entire team treated me and my family very well and took care of things in a timely manner. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and will surely do business here again.

We had a great experience with Camping World. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t experience any high pressure to buy, he let us take our time and once we explained what we were liked, he was able to point us to the perfect trailer. He really gave his best effort during the negotiations and signing the papers. John has also always been available when we had follow up questions after the fact.

I had the best experience buying a travel trailer for my company at the camper world in Lubbock Tx. I discussed with the general manager Jeff Watts what we were looking for and he set me up with a very knowledgeable salesman that took care of us well beyond the point of sale.

We bought our travel trailer today at Camping World from Steve Mikula and we love it! We’ve been looking for awhile and finally found the perfect one for us! Everyone there was so helpful and Steve was a great salesman! We will definitely be going back to Camping World and if you need a travel trailer you need to call Steve!

Totally screwed us over. Bought a brand new 2018 toy hauler (heartland torque) but you can tell someone has lived in it, but the employees just brushed it off. And the stupid thing is supposed to be 4season and it wasn’t.my 1 year old baby and husband spent nights in the hospital from fevers trying to keep the cold out, that’s after tapping off all the cracks and windows. There’s a long list of repairs and we’ve had it for maybe 2 months. The roofs is totaled, the floor had to be replaced, windows don’t shut. How does that happened when we bought it drove it to Wilson and parked it, it didn’t travel across the country, it went down the road! And it’s been in the Shop longer than we’ve owned it, wasting our money just sitting there! Don’t shop here it’s a nightmare!

Absolutely the worst customer service. They are super helpful when buying a RV but, after that horrible. I definitely would not recommend this place! They lost several thousand dollars in accessories purchases. We actually was about to trade in our 2017 36' camper for a 100k 5th wheel. As a business owner if any of our people acted like this to a customer of mine heads would have rolled. I have sent several referrals to them so not only lost sales from us but I will never refer them. Pharr RV will be getting our business here on out! The so called manager MELISSA & the bald fat middle aged sales guy should lose their jobs! Their loss not mine! More than friendly & happy to sell you a RV and all the accessories but, wait. Go in to buy anything or get service on RV (we paid 5k for a 12 year extended warranty) it's been a huge joke! Not only was I laughed at by a sales guy for being upset because no one would help me when I was the ONLY customer in the store! Went in to buy 2-3k worth of merchandise and I get laughed at, ignored and when I try to reach out to management that was a bigger joke. Oh let's not forget the GM of Lubbock, who said oh he wouldn't laugh at you "he's a Christian" well, if he is such a Christian why didn't he help me. Maybe on the phone texting his wife yep he's too busy! We are Good Sams members and was about to buy another RV for our personal use since we are turning the 2017 36' into our business RV for our crew! Also has anyone else noticed that they only respond to "Good reviews" check it out! Also they keep deleting my post and reviews very professional. Good Sams & CW headquarters are getting contacted as well! Lubbock camping world is in need of new staff that actually wants to work! Joke & laughing is on you guys!

Worst experience ever! Just got off the phone with keystone and they said they are having a terrible time with them as well. Keystone took the time to refer to a different dealership. I've had so many problems with them I wont waste your time or mine to go into details. The only person I've dealt with there that had any morals about them is Jim.

I had to have RV body work done and done in a timely manner as I travel full time. Lorenzo and Kyle made sure all my concerns were addressed and they got me back on the road in a week. RV looks great. I guess you could say I'm a happy camper.

Camping world is the worst company to do business with. They only care about getting the initial sale and after that you are on your own. Our RV was falling apart the day we brought it home and the excuses started that day. We have had more problems then you could imagine with this camper and Camping World refuses to make it right. Our brand-new RV has been in the shop for months on several occasions and we haven't even had it a year. Several items are not getting fixed and even rigged to make it looked like they were repaired because Camping World says it is within reason. We bought a brand-new RV and it should be fixed like a brand-new RV! If it can't be fixed then it should be replaced! We should not be stuck paying for this piece of junk because Camping World will not stand behind their products! They obviously do not care about customer's happiness and are not looking for repeat customers. During all these months that our RV was in the shop, it has been nearly impossible to get anyone to call us back, return emails or text messages and that includes the General Manager. We have had appointments to meet with certain people and when we show up they are not there and do not respond to phone calls or text messages and then we find out that they are not there because they had to take their girlfriend to the airport. Did I mention we had an appointment with them! We were called and told the RV was ready so we made an appointment and when we arrived we had to wait an hour because there was no one to help us. We soon found our RV in the shop completely disassembled and no where ready to be picked up. What is going on with this place? I haven't yet decided if they can't find anyone with a brain to work there or if they really just don't care. We have been giving excuses, lied to and ignored. They tell us they are doing one thing and when we show up it is a completely different story. This place should be ashamed of the way they run a business and especially the way they treat people. Don't even bother getting your oil change here, $188 for an oil change and that doesn't even get your fluids checked! This is a sorry excuse of a company!

Oh my goodness! This was the most fantastic place to purchase an RV! We bought our 5th wheel from the best salesman on the planet, Jay Crum, he was hilarious and knew everything you ever wanted to know about a 5th wheel. I’m not sure why he isn’t running this place and I think Mr. Lomanis might be his brother! At any rate get your RV here because everyone here amazing!

Great experience with parts and services would give them five stars as a stand -alone. However, never seems to be a cashier when I'm ready to purchase. Almost always a 5-10 min wait.

Evidently the sales department is closed on Sunday. The people in the I did ask the people inside where I could find 1/2 ton bumper pulls and they said they had no idea but they could sell me parts. I dont get to Lubbock often so it was disappointing that they weren't 100% open or had a map with information showing where things are. Other than that the store is very nice and have a large selection of rv's and parts. Very clean also.

Steve did an awesome job finding the perfect camper for our family! Super friendly staff very clean facility. They really made our experience of buying our first RV simple and fast!

We recently purchased our first travel trailer at this location and had the very best experience due to our sales man Steve mikula. He was very polite professional and never once hounded or pushed anything at us we didnt need. He provided us with knowledge and know how so we could make an informed decision. His personality and professionalism spoke volumes with us and we will definitely be coming back for any future purchases. If you are in the market for a travel trailer, 5th wheel or rv I highly recommend calling Steve Mikula.
