Campus Realtors has been a nightmare to work with. One of the girls in my daughter's house died. Yes, died. Campus Realtors would not release the other girls and families from the lease or cut even 1 cent from the rent. Yes, the lease is "joint and several, " but I thought perhaps some decent human compassion could be offered. I stand astounded at the greed that will not provide any relief to college girls after the death of a fellow tenant.

My daughter is a Baylor student and is having issues with management (Campus Realtors). Amongst other similar events, this weekend they showed up unannounced in an attempt to enter the apartment for a viewing. Some of the people were in Halloween costumes which made the whole situation extremely scary and unsafe for a young girl. They claimed that the reality company can enter without notice or authorization. We raise our children to not talk to strangers but here they feel that entering the premises without notice or proper identification is their right. My daughter has been instructed to immediately call the police upon the entry of ANY unauthorized person so that they can assess the situation and ensure her safety. Although I understand that the lease states that the owner’s reps can have access, how do they know that they are actually the owner’s reps unless given prior notice by the office? False impersonation is a common way to gain entry. Read similar reviews, girls naked in bed when the broker brings a whole crew in unannounced. Would you want your daughter to have to deal with this?

I implore all potential renters and parents of students to stay far away. Yesterday 6 people showed up unannounced, two in Halloween costumes, and demanded access to show the apartment. They were only there because they first appeared next door without notice and the tenant there was afraid and didnt answer the door. When the tenants told them they didnt know who they were and hadn’t received notice from the office, they received a nasty text from a manager stressing in all caps that they can enter at any time, and not coming in was a courtesy. As a concerned parent, I left three messages for a manager and never received a call. When I located a managers cell number and called (Nick) he said the lease allows them to enter without notice and they will continue to do so. I explained that although under the lease they have to allow owners reps access, they will do so only after identifying them as such. Without notice, I instructed the tenants to call the police and let them verify who the people are. Basic safety. Nothing more common than false impersonation to gain entry. Nick responded that he will personally see to it that the apartment will be shown often without notice. Obvious threat of harassment. I suspect I will see him in court shortly. Want your kids to come out of the shower and find 6 strangers in their apartment? Read the other reviews. Happens all the time. The management and staff are nasty incompetents.

Terrible customer service, very passive aggressive, and unorganized. Managers are nowhere to be found. This place is a circus. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Power outlets did not work, microwave never worked.
Any attempt to have repairs made was a waste of time.
When lease was up. They made sure to hold 98% of deposit. Stating touch up paint and deep clean.
Funny beings I hired tge same people they use to clean.touch up painting is considered normal wear and tear. Tenants can not be charged for normal wear and tear.

Worst experience ever, my child has started her semester and still can’t move in due to fleas and this has been reported repeatedly since the move In Day. It’s now 8/22/2022.

Not sure how they have 3 stars… They are the worst! They never answer their phones. Not helpful at all and very unprofessional. Nick can’t even use proper grammar or punctuation in a text. They gave me and my roommates a letter for a balance.for a security deposit. Mind you there were no emails or any communication about a security deposit. You would think you pay your security deposit when you start paying rent in June. Nope…they stick it in the middle of august and expect you to know about it even if the portal says nothing about it. Then when you call to talk to someone about it they don’t answer their phones. The people who work here should be ashamed of how poor their work ethic and customer service is.

Don’t work with them. I got shot randomly through the wall in the 1226 James apartments. Got a ton of unnecessary and random charges when I moved out. They acted as if I inconvenienced them by being shot in their apartment and needing more time to move out to recover.

My apartment flooded multiple times due to the washing machine but was never replaced. Yet I ended up being charged for that damage after moving out. I am fighting the charges but this is just ridiculous.

I moved into a campus property two days ago. Upon moving in, we found the entire house to be not cleaned at ALL. Not only this - lights were out, various appliances were broken, and we have a major ant infestation. Now, our AC is out. It is the weekend and Campus doesn’t have an emergency maintenance line that I can find. Our house temperature is quickly climbing up to 80 degrees. Absolutely ridiculous that they do not have anybody to contact in case of an EMERGENCY.

Honestly, if I could rate them 0 stars I would. First off, campus is so rude and so unhelpful. When I need anything, the front desk worker never helps and just brushes off my questions with confusing answers. Second, I had told them TWICE (in writing) that I wanted to renew my apartment for the next year. They said okay and would send over the lease. They never did. I called to ask them where it was a few months later (because as a full time student and full time bear trainer I can’t always be thinking of giving them a call) and they told me they had given away my unit. They didn’t call to tell me they were going to give it away and I’m pretty sure they did it because my rent was so low compared to the current rates. They told me it was my fault and that I had to find somewhere else to live with less than 1 months notice. I will forever resent them for ruining my senior year and forcing me out of an apartment I had lived in for 2 years. Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT FROM CAMPUS REALTORS!

I wish I had found this place sooner! They have the best places and have so many options. Very patient and very easy to work with!

I love campus realtors! We have been renting through them for 6 months now and we have had no issues. Any time we have a maintenance issues, they are quick to resolve. When our lease is up we will definitely stay with their company.

I would definitely recommend Campus Realtors for any college student looking to find housing. Campus represents some of the best places to live in the Baylor area so you will find somewhere great to live if you use them. I have used another popular realtor company in Waco prior to using Campus, and Campus Realtors is by far my favorite. Recently, Campus has been vocal with their tenants about improvements that they are making within their staff and within the company as a whole to improve tenant's experiences. This is very positive to see and demonstrated that the campus realtors experience will be even better moving forward. Definitely recommend!

I have been here close to a year, moved in and attention was great. Transparency and communication has been awesome.

The apartment I rent is very affordable and suits my needs well. We had a problem with the washer/dryer and they had it replaced for us, although it did take a while. Overall not bad to rent from in my experience.
