8I highly recommend this clinic, I always had issues with customer service until recently. The new office manager has definitely made several improvements. Dr. Miranda is a very attentive physician and now with excellent management maybe the other staff members will also improve their customer service. I have also noticed improvement on when you call they actually answer the phone now. Any issue I have had has been probably resolved by the office manager. Having somebody who cares about your clinic really shows.
Have been coming to this clinic for many years. Positive changes are very apparent. Wait time is always long but has really improved. I love that my family can get xrays and labs here. Also very convenient that the pharmacy has a drive through. Dr Ibarra and Dr Miranda are great. Manager was very helpful in facilitating all our request.

Went recently to the clinic had an opportunity to speak to the manager. Very pleasant and knowledge lady. Great customer skills, made me feel like the patients come first and willing to help if a problem arises. Definitely would recommend the clinic for care

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge management contained. I have never seen a more structured office due to management. I had many questions and Celia, the manager helped me feel at ease and answered all my questions. This world needs more people like her.
Management is always on top of everything to go out of their way to make your visit more pleasant. They have good management! As a retired healthcare worker. I appreciated how management continuously checked on my 83 yr old mother in law and kept us well informed. Highly recommended
